ASHINGTON
The classified emails stored on former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons private server contained information from five U.S. intelligence agencies and included material related to the fatal 2012 Benghazi attacks, McClatchy has learned.
Of the five classified emails, the one known to be connected to Benghazi was among 296 emails made public in May by the State Department. Intelligence community officials have determined it was improperly released.
Revelations about the emails have put Clinton in the crosshairs of a broadening inquiry into whether she or her aides mishandled classified information when she used a private server set up at her New York home to conduct official State Department business.
While campaigning for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, Clinton has repeatedly denied she ever sent or received classified information. Two inspectors general have indicated that five emails they have reviewed were not marked classified at the time they were stored on her private server but that the contents were in fact secret.
The email issue, however, has distracted from Clintons campaign for days and already has hurt her in public opinion polls. Besieged with questions, she has found herself caught in a murky dispute between State Department and intelligence officials over whether emails on her server were classified. . .

Shouldn’t this smelly clinton thing be in prison for a very, very long time???
Surely Clinton has broken laws.
My, somebody who for years has made Nixon look like choirboy by comparison and definitely deserves to be in jail. But don’t hold your breath for that because the Alicia Florrick and Peg Bundy types who watch “The View” and are all full of other Hollyweird propaganda still think Hitlery is this great feminist hero.

[ASHING]
Reminds me of a book I once had to read in school.
So, who sent classified information (1) to an unsecured network, and (2) without proper markings? That's the first place to look if you're serious about investigating these crimes. Of course, they're not serious.
This issue needs a big push. She needs to be investigated and charged. Her campaign is over with an ïnvestigation”. Would love to see that rather than letting her decide to walk away and keep the $Billions she stole.
Just ask the IDF or KGB or China as they have a copy of all of the private emails. That’s right folks, just send in $99.95 and you can have a copy of all those pesky emails to enjoy at home. This is a limited time offer.
She was trying to get around the law because she KNEW what she was doing was illegal. Just like the IRS using instant chat to get around email to persecute conservatives.
Gov’t Intellegence? Under Bammy and H->?
Check out the stink-eye she’s giving the camera in the article photograph.
She knows she’s toast.
Arrest And imprison
She’s Main Course and soon.
She is derelict at best. A blooming idiot and dupe at worst.
#1 - She didn’t have the necessary training or experience to be The Secretary of State.
#2 - What kind of idiot would select someone so untrained and inexperienced to be our Secretary of State?
#3 - I can’t imagine that the State Department doesn’t have trained computer wonks who monitor the e-mail at that organization. Let’s hear from them.
#4 - Keeping our nation’s classified information protected is probably the most important job a government employee has. That is why treason can be punished by death. This isn’t like she stole a box of paper clips. She endangered all of us, and shows all the concern about that of an asparagus. She needs to go to jail so that all government employees see it and learn to care about securing our classified information.
Keep hammering this bitch.
I was just wondering what the penalty would be for a doctor, hospital, or other medical provider who was as careless with a patient’s records as Secy Clinton was with US national security matters.
What about all the emails she had her attorneys destroy?
