Court bars anti-abortion group from releasing new videos

A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any video of leaders of a California company that provides fetal tissue to researchers. The group is the same one that previously shot viral covert video of a Planned Parenthood leader discussing the sale of aborted fetuses for research.

The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization.

I would hope and imagine that they gave copies of all the videos to multiple outside parties, none in California, and some outside US jurisdiction entirely.

Everybody knows there is a constitutional right to privacy for baby murders. . It’s right there in . . . Well, it’s gotta be there somewhere, ask Barack, he’s a constitutional scholar.

Say they lost the videos. Use Lois Lerner’s emails and Hillary’s private server as precedent.

More information and some good analysis over at Red State. It might be the court order is only for Stem Express, not PP officials. Makes me wonder what Stem Express said that they don't want aired. I guess we will know more as this plays out.

Drip. Drip. Drip.

And if they get jailed for contempt of court, sue to have Obama, Holder, Lerner, etc also jailed for contempt of court - as if the Fourteenth Amendment’s “equal protection” actually means something in this banana republic of Obama’s making. Anybody who goes to jail over any crime that Obama has gotten away with needs to HOUND the legal system. If Obama can ignore laws with impunity then everybody else has to have the same opportunity as Obama has - to be a law unto him/herself like he is.

Obama wants lawless? Maybe he should get a taste of EXACTLY his own medicine.

It would be a damn shame if someone broke into the offices of the Center for Medical Progress and stole the videos and released them. Because it would be obvious that those actions by person or persons unknown were in direct response to this ruling. There would literally be a hundred million suspects.

Exactly. Send them to Koskinen at the IRS. He’ll deny he ever received them, and then when asked to find them he’ll look in all the wrong places.

The culprits as follows:

Mrs. Pelosi joins Democratic Reps. Jan Schakowsky, Zoe Lofgren, Jerry Nadler and Yvette Clarke, who sent a letter Tuesday to U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch and California Attorney General Kamala Harris asking them to investigate whether the the Center for Medical Progress broke California’s two-party consent law by secretly recording a private conversation.

“Let’s have an investigation of those people who were trying to ensnare Planned Parenthood in a controversy that doesn’t exist,” Mrs. Pelosi said...“Planned Parenthood has said that they have done nothing illegal,” ... “They do not 'ever' charge, which would be illegal, for fetal tissue.... They have only defrayed the cost of mailing that to someone, which is not breaking the law.”

“But your honor, they were stolen and copies were made!”

It wouldn’t be hard to engineer a burglary at the office these are kept in.

Let them get “Stolen” - report the burglary and then the burglars (Who need to be trans-gendered illegal aliens in favor of gun control) can release the tapes

Show the same respect to this court order as does Obama to those seeking to restrain his lawlessness... say he’s our example.
