I wish these same people who are against the killing of this lion felt the same way about the unborn. Kill a lion, death threats are made against you, murder innocent babies in the womb, rip out their body parts for profit, not a peep
I think it is quite possible to be outraged at both situations. Both the dentist and the abortionists show contempt for God's creation. Killing for no other purpose than to satisfy your own ego is despicable regardless of whether the prey is a noble lion or an innocent fetus.
Honestly Sarah, doesn't it piss you off a little that this egomaniac lured the lion out of a protected zone, shot him with a crossbow and then tracked him for two days before finishing him off with a rifle? Not only was he a poacher, but he was a lousy hunter. He didn't even get close enough to deliver an accurate kill shot. The lion suffered for days. That doesn't bother you?

I support hunting and I have killed animals myself, when I was a boy there was a time or two that it was not for the right reasons, it was because I could, and I regret those times very much.
But I would not kill anything higher than a deer unless I had no choice but to protect myself or unless I was starving and needed the animal’s resources.
I have no interest in killing God’s magnificent animals. Doing so would not make me more of a man, it would make me less of a man.
Just because I can kill something does not mean that I am going to kill something.
I am also outraged beyond my ability to even describe the wholesale slaughter of babies and the selling of their parts in my country.
From what I can see of mankind, his purpose is to kill and destroy, and I am disgusted.
I would rather that lion still be in this world.
I oppose illegally enticing a lion off a reserve and killing it in an area where it is still illegal. I also oppose abortion. There is no way I’d support this dentist’s business. Heck, I won’t knowingly support ANY dentist who makes that much money. It tells me he is charging me too much.
