Yesterday, the Nation Board of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) ended their ban on gay leaders.
This brings up concern for churches who host BSA meetings in their facilities. The Mormon Church voiced concern over the new policy and was able to come to an agreement with the BSA and the new membership policy.
Under the new policy, any church who hosts BSA meetings and believe marriage is between a man and a woman will be able to choose the leaders for their local units. They can choose leaders who share their beliefs on marriage and can “[restrict]…positions to heterosexual men”.
But does the new policy make host churches liable?
The answer might be yes. Now that the Boy Scouts are taking a position contrary to the biblical understanding of marriage and sexuality, churches who partner with the BSA might be exposing themselves to additional liability

Yes, this is a problem. We have already advised churches that if they don’t allow homosexual scout leaders, they could very well be liable under the public accommodations laws. So churches are crazy to continue to sponsor BSA troops.
My advice to churches: Run the other way and dump BSA.

No more church hostings. They shouldn’t be anyway. If they want to force the issue I think an investigation into the sodomites activities about what they do with scouts behind closed doors is in order.

There’s also the additional liability of scout “leaders” poking their johnsons into the bums of innocent little kids on church grounds.

Keep your kids and grandkids out of the homo Boy Scouts. Allowing homo scout leaders is just another step in getting man-boy sexual relations approved, and who knows with Kennedy on the Supremes it might come sooner than we think.
Anyone notice that the Boy Scouts announced this bizarre policy the same day that the Satanists unveiled their statue of Lucifer that features two children at his feet. Another step in America’s descent into the era of neo pagan hedonism and decadence. The money the Boy Scouts are securing from their “corporate” donors for this abomination is cursed.
