Jeb not only had the authority to intervene, he had a constitutional OBLIGATION to defend Terri and he refused to.
The ONLY time that Jeb ever really took a stand was on the recount issue in 2000 and it's pretty obvious that he only did that because George was his brother, I don't think he would have helped an actual conservative.
Jeb is weak and immature. I can’t imagine having him as president.

Before Terri’s last breath, I’d already written Jeb off. She was tortured to death, her family emotionally abused and scarred. Hostage woodside (my term) was run and looked like a gestapo internment camp The way vigilers were treated, one could only imagine the inhumane things that were happening to Terri inside including Mikey’s friends invited in by him to stand over Terri’s body while she was in bad shape, laughing and mocking her. That’s only one true tale from the inside. And police force from Pinellas Park PD was per Mikey’s orders. The fam would want to visit, PPPD would call the room with Mikey and guard in it. If Mikey said “no” to the fam, they would have to turn around and cross the street. Mikey got paid for being there. Sheriff’s Dept. used Sheriff employee time to pay for his absence. My taxes paid for Mikey to be there guarding Terri from her loved ones and continuing his sick behavior. Cops were paid for by hospice. It was the most twisted example of govt gone wrong and where are we now? Government getting worse. JEB BUSH - uh, no. Hell, no.
Wagglbee, wouldn’t it be nice if somebody with deep pockets would SWIFTBOAT Jeb for Terri’s state sponsored murder? I don’t think Jeb would be able to run a PR campaign against what people collectively and individually know about what really happened. It would become about Terri and Jeb would become irrevelant. Her family would not participate as they stay out of politics but what’s to stop the rest of us (except the Jeb flock who are so indoctrinated that they would be trolling everywhere to put out fires aka the truth.

I’ve never seen evidence that Terri’s parents or siblings have ever said anything negative about Jeb, however Michael Schiavo is on record as hating his guts.
The things people say here on FR about Jeb and Terri Schiavo seems way out of line.
Terri’s family stays out of politics which is why you don’t hear from them. They speak for themselves. Those of us who were intimately involved who know all the icky details have no duty or obligation to go quiet. Mikey Schiavo got exactly what he wanted and although he hates Jeb for 2003 executive order, how can he forget that Jeb Bush abandoned his principles in 2005 and fyi, Mikey’s attorney helped craft the IPAB (death panels) and exit protocols for Obamacare. If IPAB ever decides to deny you medical treatment, then you will realize that Jeb abandoning his principles did more harm than simply deserting Terri Schindler Schiavo. That goes for his big brother too.
So, let’s swiftboat Jeb Bush without spending a dime. He will never be able to address helping an innocent women in 2003 and deserting her in 2005. He pretended to be pro life but bailed and many have died via forced exit since her extermination. Terri was a DHS exercise brilliantly played. Individual swiftboating without creating an actual movement has already begun but I’m simply tagging it the swiftboating of Jeb Bush. He deserves to hold no public office.

Jeb played with Terri’s life, for his own political gain. In 2003, public support for Terri was obvious. Jeb supported her then. In 2005, bogus polls were published, claiming most Americans wanted Terri killed. Jeb believed it, and withdrew his support from her, ensuring her death. He made a public spectacle of his role in killing Terri. No one who was paying any attention at the time missed it. Comparisons to Pontius Pilate were on nearly every discussion about Jeb, because he handed her over to the executioners, and washed his hands of responsibility for his actions.

Jeb has been saying that he is pro-life. He should stop fibbing about that.
