Yep, the same meaningless pledge the Iranians signed not to build a nuclear weapon. We have a Congressional leadership that breaks pledges daily.

Hey Preibus, why not make those elected as Republicans pledge to govern as Republicans, instead of Dem-lites?
When they get inside the Capitol building, it is difficult to tell the Dems from the Dem-lites.

It doesn’t appear that the GOP realizes how angry we conservatives are.

Exactly right, and now that Cruz has exposed them, they are PROUD of what they do.......meaning they are not afraid of the voters, they have the Washington MAFIA to back them.
To: COUNTrecount
Don’t do it, someone promises and then the RNC backstabbs the best candidates who are not Jeb.

The GOP (and DNC) know the voters are VERY UNHAPPY. just ONE successful or close third party would be dangerous to party HQ job security.

Amazing. Rather than have all them sign a pledge to defund planned parenthood or to seal the border, they do this.

Both our corrupt parties need to be taken down. I would support Trump and Cruz forming a Third Party.

How about the Republican Party National Committee chairman asking all Republican candidates to take a pledge that they will not run as RINO’s?
Seems to me we wouldn't be having Trump as a front runner at this time if the party expected Republicans to act like Republicans instead of democrats.

Is a “pledge” more binding than a campaign promise?

If Jeb is the last GOP standing in this election, I’ll vote for him.

The GOP head wants his party to stay relevant. Perhaps, rather than stupid pledges, he should get his leaders in Congress to act like conservatives rather than defeating bills to repeal obamacare, defund planned parenthood and arm our military.
The GOP will NEVER be taken seriously until they address their own ineptitude in Congress.
