Two things:

1. Gutierrez (Chicago - D) is a communist and a liar. They could have passed comprehensive immigration reform when they controlled both chambers and the WH. They didn’t.

2. What’s the Senate doing? Because the House needs to move to defund PP and the Senate needs to pass this and get it to Obama’s desk for a veto.

I really don’t like the pocketbook approach because I think federal law should be enforced by federal agents arresting city mayoral staff and city law enforcement as necessary. Drop them off at the nearest federal court building, have them arraigned and jailed or released on bail.

Do it this way one time and there won’t be a second time to worry about.
