I was at the Athens, GA airport several years ago when they brought PFC Evan Marshall home to rest (my son was in Afghanistan at the time).
Watching them bring the casket off the plane in front of the family is the MOST GUT-RETCHING!, gut-retching moment, that every American should see at least once in their lifetime!
For anyone who doesn’t know Atlanta traffic, the fact that traffic stopped on even one side of I-75, let alone both, is pretty amazing.

smokingfrog, I respectfully disagree, especially from the soldier’s point of view.
Their oath is to protect from foreign and domestic enemies.

If the morons in DOD and the White Palace let the military be armed to defend against domestic enemies!

Oh I agree, it's much worse than that. I'm just throwing one of the terms the liberals like to throw back at me. I remind them I am fighting for our God-given rights and freedoms, while they are the true nutcases, trying to slowly take those things away. It's usually crickets after that or continued vile name calling.

You are so right. Our “leaders” are bringing in more and more of the muslim vermin so it will be up to us to protect each other. When seconds count, the POPO are minutes away.
And the feds will not be out friend in any of this.

Our govt is increasing the number of muslim trash imported into our country daily. On the orders from the muslim in chief. This won’t let up until we stop it or we get a real American back in the White House. So I think it will be up to us for the time being.
