CNN’s Jake Tapper confronted Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio this afternoon over his (and Donald Trump‘s) refusal to give up the “preposterous notion” that President Obama wasn’t born in the United States and that his birth certificate was forged.
He asked Arpaio why he would risk his credibility on issues like immigration by sticking by this conspiracy theory. Arpaio said, “I don’t care where he came from, we’re working on a fraudulent, forged government document.”
An incredulous Tapper asked Arpaio if any respectable law enforcement official agrees with him on this. Arpaio boasted that he’s willing to look into something that everyone else will shy away from.
In fact, Arpaio said, he wouldn’t be stupid enough to go on national television and make such a claim if he wasn’t absolutely sure of himself.

Sorry, but you still have the obstacle of explaining how his parents renounced his citizenship on his behalf when he was 6 years old when doing so is explicitly prohibited by US law.
Obama’s return to Kenya where officials now openly say/brag about his birth records only being in Kenya makes the story of mama’s affair with the Indonesian guru more inviting.

When I adopted foreign children (Russa) in 2002 they became by simple application American citizens due to a recent law change for Americans adopting foreign children. The children had no say in this. On the adoption, new birth certificates were issued. We had the option of choosing new names and of changing their birth dates if we wished.
I do not know how 1970’s international adoption law worked regarding Indonesians adopting American children but that is what happened to Barry

Obama Sr. was not a U.S. citizen but he was apparently brought back to Honolulu to consent to Barry’s adoption ( implying he was named as father on birth certificate ) and possibly a divorce - if there ever was a marriage. This meeting at the Honolulu airport to which Stanley Ann brought Barry is the only picture he has of meeting his “Father”
and it has never been asked if Stanly Ann became an Indonesian citizen -by her choice - when she married LoLo. And chose the same for the child
But Indonesian law at the time would not allow him to become an Indonesian citizen by adoption after the age of five. If the adoption took place in the 1970s, he would have been to old to automatically gain citizenship in Indonesia by adoption. The only ways he could do it after that was by petition at 18 or naturalization at 21. Add to that the fact he returned to the US permanently in 1971 makes adoption in the 1970s very unlikely.

His mother never became an Indonesian citizen because by Article 7 require she give up her US citizenship. But from her passport records we know she never did.
Someone would need to produce adoption papers and a Certificate of Loss of Nationality for Obama. Without documents, its just hearsay.

This was never about contempt of court by Arpaio; it was always about a guy who has it in for Arpaio getting the evidence so Obama’s criminal thugs would know what evidence they need to overcome AND what evidence they can tamper with, just like they’ve tampered with ALL the evidence regarding Obama’s ineligibility.
Judge Snow doesn’t even have the discretion to know when to recuse himself. He’s gone on a judicial fishing expedition and nothing is going to stop him. The same kind of lawlessness got Fidel Castro lots of goodies from this regime and the same will happen to him, Snow is undoubtedly convinced.
The USA has ceased to be a free nation. The reason Obama can recognize Cuba without any human rights concessions is because he knows he’s made us just as bad as Castro’s Cuba. And Iran.

That's Indonesia's problem, and who they say is a citizen or not has no bearing on who the US says is a citizen or not. But I'll observe that people lie to get their kids into certain schools all the time. In Indonesia, it wouldn't surprise me if a small gift of appreciation was all that was required to make any scrutiny into the fine points of a child's citizenship go away.

She continuously renewed her US passport from 1965 to the mid-1980s. If she had gained Indonesian citizenship by marriage, Indonesian law would have required she give up the US citizenship. But then she would not been able to renew her passport.

The judge has ordered the MCSO to turn over 1500 IDs.
Apparently these are IDs taken by deputies during traffic stops.
The judge ordered them to be turned over months ago but the MCSO never did and had scheduled them to be destroyed. My guess is someone in the MCSO alerted the court appointed monitor to the scheduled destruction and he contacted Judge Snow.
If that is what happened, it would appear the MCSO was planning on destroying evidence. Criminal contempt and obstruction of justice charges would in that case be almost mandatory.

You would still have to get pass Indonesian law that would not allow Obama to become a citizen after the age of five years until he turned 18 or 21.
