STRICTLY speaking, this was concerning those who believed on Christ. He was drawing the children and others were shooing them off from Him.
But the bible talks about this situation in a different manner, “lacking natural affection.” Even an unbeliever can be decent enough to hate abortion. It doesn’t need Christian or Jewish faith to do that.
