The city is fighting to keep videos of the May shootout at the Twin Peaks restaurant out of the press, and still hasnt confirmed how many victims were shot by police.
Why is Waco, Texas, fighting to suppress multiple videos of the shootout that killed nine bikers at the Twin Peaks restaurant on May 17? Why are some attorneys in the case now prohibited from talking to the press? And why havent Waco officials revealed how many of the nine victims were killed by bullets from police officers guns?

Hack the photos and release them on the internet. They will go viral in minutes, and there’ll be no way they can hide them any further.
It sure is taken the authorities quite awhile to come up with a story that could account for their actions and they still have not come up with anything. This has me thinking things are not looking good for the Waco PD and others involved.
“and others involved.”
Including the Fed’s. This is their party.
FYI
La Pinga!
—Waco and its police department could be liable for millions of dollars in damages if litigants can prove that they arrested bikers without probable cause, violating their civil rights; or that Waco police shot and killed innocents. Yet the grand jury that will decide whether to indict the bikers is reportedly being led by a longtime detective in the Waco police departmentan arrangement defended by a local judge, who declared, If there is nothing that challenges his impartiality, he is qualified Who is better qualified in criminal law than somebody who practices it all the time?
—When one of the arrested bikers, Matthew Clendennen, sued authorities, Wacos assistant city attorney fought to prevent him from getting access to video footage taken at the Twin Peaks restaurant, key evidence in the incident. While a judge ultimately ruled that his attorney must be allowed to see the footage, he barred its release to the public and imposed a gag order in the case.
—The gag order was requested by McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna, who is named in Clendennens federal civil-rights suitand granted by District Court Judge Matt Johnson, Reynas former law partner, according to press reports.
—Over two months have passed since the shooting. The dead bodies have long since been examined. Yet the public still hasnt been told how many of the gunshot victims were struck by bullets fired from police weapons. (I strongly suspect that if the answer was zero Waco police wouldve said so a long time ago.)
Odd.. It didn’t come up when I searched.
Gracias!
Duh, I can’t imagine why.
seems some prosecutors are going full Nifong.
There was one video from a Don Carlos camera that showed a cop planting evidence behind/under a car. It showed the “evidence” was later tagged. People I’ve spoken to poo-poo all that because they saw only a few seconds of the video on the Austin, TX evening news. Funny how the key moments of the plant and tagging didn’t make it into the sheeples’ living rooms. Same sort of cover up as when ABC showed George Zimmerman being led through the sally port where they covered him up with the ABC label, blurred the picture and wiggled it so you couldn’t see his injuries.
It won’t be the first time that evidence has been suppressed at Waco. Remember the massacre of the Branch Davidians by the U. S. Justice Department with help from the military.
Where is the “outlaw motorcycle gang” posse? I read 14 responses without a post from them.
This was a second posting of the article, so I assume they’re abusing the dialog on the earlier thread.
The whole thing stinks,,,and the MSM ignores it.
Something is real interesting about that guy...and questions need to be answered.
Concoction of a story is not always speedy, depends on the number of parties involved.
>>> When will the operative in the red boots be revealed and identified.? <<<
Looks like that’s already happened:
