Let me see if I have this right:
1. The military should not be armed.
2. Illegals should get Obamacare.
3. If Socialist politicians say that the Earth is warming and this is the hottest year ever, but facts show that it's been cooling for over a decade. Then we are to conclude that the Earth is warming.
4. If Socialist politicians say that man made Climate Change is real, but 31,000 Scientists and the founder of the Weather Channel say that it's a hoax, then we are supposed to believe that it is real.
5. If the many muslims who shoot Americans are to be considered “acting alone”, but if one racist nut shoots a church full of black Christians the conclusion is that all white people are racist.
6. If a white person kills a black person, that's news for the lamestream media. If there are dozens of attacks by black people against white people (usually several against one), that's not news.
Got it.
Liberalism is a mental disease.

“Gen. Ray Odierno, chief of staff of the Army, told reporters Friday that arming troops in those offices could cause more problems than it might solve.
Great. Then they certainly as h@ll better not be carrying any weapons during Jade Helm. Wanna bet?

I don’t know.. I hear those queens can get quite bitchy and mean.
To: Perseverando
Odierno said there are legal issues involved in allowing troops at the centers to carry guns. Go ahead, explain these legal issues. We'll be patient and wait.

They’ll probably hire the same armed guards who grow fat in Social Security offices and IRS offices.

I am beyond angry at this. When he said:
"...Letting Soldiers Defend Themselves from Terrorists "Causes More Problems Than it Solves..." I thought for sure he was referring to our troops in hostile foreign countries under active enemy fire with the ROE they have been saddled with...
But I guess it is the same thing at home, then.

Those were state facilities. The DOJ had joint jurisdiction. The drunk troops in the dorms do not need to shoot up the place. The place should have had armed guards. Where were they? Service in the reserves isn't a suicide pact.
To: Perseverando
Any general who would support soldiers defending themselves has already been purged from the military by Obama.

Headline should have read: Army boss is an effete capon.

Don’t hold your breath. Odierno’s babble was merely a placeholder, because he was asked a question the White House had not briefed him to answer. You have to remember that to rise that high in the Army, he had to be somewhat of a politician. [Insert bad joke here.]

Above the rank of Lt. Colonel, they’re pretty much all politicians, not soldiers.
