Sarah was right!
I only wish she wasn’t, so many people will suffer because of this :(
If you look at the leaked document, the sheet that lists the dead 28% suggests that they could “Clean up approx. one out of every four pending applications in the enrollment system.”
Basically this data wasn’t even compiled to assess problems with the enrollment bureaucracy but rather to show they could ease their paperwork burden by promptly recording it when they kill someone through neglect.
Just another example of Obama’s ostracizing of military veterans while promoting his new homosexual friendly military.
I’m a Vet and I’ve been dead inside since 0bama was s/elected.
Does that count? ;)
The VA admin bastards. Sorry but other words are not sufficiently descriptive.
Yep. NY too. You’re over 75, you’re as good as dead. Gotta cut Medicare costs somehow.
their whole game being based on beating us to the ground.
It goes from bad to worse...but we must take heart.
So the evil plan is working then....
Cost saving measure. Make the Vets wait until they die, then they won’t need medical care then.
Yesterday morning, Tuesday, we went to Johnny’s (JRandomFreeper)house and took him to the VA clinic as he said he had something to do there.
He bypassed checking in and headed down a hallway. We were to wait for him there in the lobby where Vets check in.
Within several minutes, here he comes and says he is ready to go. We were shocked, said, “How did you do that so fast?” He said he skipped checking in and went straight to the man he had to see about his appointments. The man asked him if he had checked in and Johnny said something like, “NO, I didn’t check in, these appointments are wrong and need to be fixed.”
The man said yes, they are wrong. There were four appointments and some were at the Dallas VA hospital and some there at the Fort Worth clinic, but they were mixed up, had him going to Dallas when he should be going to Fort Worth and Fort Worth ones should have been in Dallas. The man fixed that mix up and Johnny was ready to leave.
Johnny was determined to get them straight. How many other Vets are screwed there and not aggressive enough to demand proper service?
We got there before 10 am, and the huge parking lot was full of cars. Bob had to walk a long way from the parking lot to the building. He said most of the parking spaces, even those far away are reserved for the handicapped. He said Vets were in the distant parking area, in wheelchairs with the aged wife pushing the wheelchairs. Those on foot were barely walking.
That big filled parking lot was a testament to how many Vets depend on that service.
At least Johnny got his important appointments changed to the right ones. He is still a pistol refusing to give up to the red tape and determined to stay the course with this cancer treatment. He really is a special Freeper.
So sad ...
