Totally punishing Minnesota consumers. Blue Cross of Minnesota said they had $135 million in losses for 2014.

There are also proposed premium increases of:

100 percent in Idaho
78 percent in Arizona
77 percent in Alaska

plus large increases proposed for Iowa, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

As for trying to figure out what the heck healthcare costs, only five states make the information transparent to consumers.
