The president and his family have spent almost every single summer on the Massachusetts island since he was elected into the White House in 2008.
The Boston Herald reports that Mr. Obama will be spending August 8-23 at the same $12 million Chilmark cottage where his family stayed last year.
A manicurist has been booked for three days a week for their stay, according to the newspaper.

The vacation house costs $12 million. The vacation costs U.S. Taxpayers millions more than that. Just the TWO separate aircraft to transport the couple and the other for the dog, Michelle.

I understand its a stressful job and its nice to get away.
But from what I’ve heard about Camp David, I don’t think I could find a better summer getaway.
I would certainly be at some ski chalet for the winter vacation.
I hate the beach. And the people of the Vineyard hate him. The really old money rich folks on the Cape and the Islands look down their nose at “politicians.” You can imagine what they say about “mulatto” politicians.
No hypocrite like a rich liberal MA hypocrite.

Carter was happy to slink off with his tail between his legs to pound a few nails in cheap houses. These two, like the Clintons, will NEVER disappear from the limelight. We are stuck with them for another 25 years. Ugh.

Just curious, but will the Hussein Obama Adminstration and Dept of Housing make Martha's Vineyard put in title 8 housing? and make it equal for all people, and not just wealthy? Will they allow all races to live there...? just wondering
think that will happen???
