It’s not that the other states don’t care about their sovereignty, it’s that states like mine (CT) beholden to the regime in D.C. and rely on D.C.for too much money to rock the boat.

Let’s say it goes to the SCOTUS. We already know 4 votes are for the liberal position with 2 likely votes. The Constitutional issues don’t matter and what the law says does not matter. Only the outcome the SCOTUS would like the law to be on the day they vote.

When u have to continually go to court with the federal govt. Its time to abolish that govt.

So these States expect Federal Judges to restrict the power of the Federal Government, using an instrument (the Constitution) that Federal judges no longer believe they are bound to. The Supreme Dictate will rule in favor of EPA and all but a hand full of Federal Senators and Representatives tell us it is now the “Law of the Land”.
