Chicago’s top cop blames the justice system? I agree with him. The LACK of the justice system, is what caused these suck bags to still be in the streets, and not in prisons where they belong.
Sooner or later SOMEONE is going to have to step up and start calling for heads and I think this is about as righteous as he can get in a corrupt city
