My way of thinking is, as a surgical nurse, the sooner the bad consequences of a condition are fixed, the sooner the healing can begin.

It often means, in dealing with people, that they have to go home, refusing to believe the doctor and proven science, and watch the condition worsen over a long period of time, gathering all kinds of enablers and bad coping mechanisms, until it’s too late.

Most times, in those cases, such as the one we’re in, with half the country pretending everything’s fine as long as we take our complementary Percocet, it’s better that the bad symptoms all become apparent quickly, se we can just get the patient into surgery, along with the cost, the post op pain and rehab.

Romney was the go home and pretend everything is going to be ok guy. BO is the everything bad at once guy.

Romney’s like the Bushes, ushering in the Clintons, heck, giving them awards and having them up to the Cape for sleepovers.

Who, by the way, NEVER utter one single kind or reverent word about Reagan - and that says a lot. In this metaphor, he is a very good surgeon.

I agree. It’s a sad day in this nation.

Just read the other day about our troops needing to take rides on other nation’s ships to get our troops on station.

WTH folks?

By golly, if the headline is accurate, I’d say Romney got this one correct.

Romney would have moved the nation back to the right exactly how?

Like the Bushes did?

Obama isn’t simply the worst President in our nation’s history, he is the first President that is also a traitor in our nation’s history.

This man is moving over 100,000 Syrians into the United States.

These people were raised to think of the United States as the “Great Satan”. Not all these people will be terrorists here, but a significant number of them will be inclined to take that route.

Why are we moving sleepers into the nation?

Why is Congress allowing it?

YOUR right Romney...

The GOP is losing big time...glad they are hurting, maybe they will wake up, but that is doubtful...

This from the guy who blew the last election. He could not even run a campaign good enough to defeat an unpopular sitting president who was down in the polls. What an A-hole.

Maybe Trump’s just mad, given the continued inaction on immigration by the Romney administration.

Oh, wait . . .

Judging by his response to me, I know what you are saying.

That’s my take on it.

RINOs don’t have the built in radar to understand when they are implementing the Left’s agenda for them.

I hate to say this, because it’s not entirely fair, but Bush appointed Chief Justice Roberts.

We wouldn’t have Obamacare today if not for Bush. This is undeniably true.

In Bush’s defense, Senator Cruz served with Roberts at the Supreme Court, thinks very highly of him, and is absolutely dumfounded by Robert’s actions as Chief Justice.

Did Bush do the Left’s work for them? As a matter of fact, yes. When you’re in the White House, every move you make is one that must be so well thought out that it can never help the Left.

And yet our guys help them all the time.

both Bushes were disasters for conservatism. both of them were probably decent men, but their political instincts were more to the center than the right. that would have been ok if that’s how they’d presented themselves during their elections, but it wasn’t. they both ran as “conservatives” of one stripe or another, so their failings became our failings, even though by 1990 and 2006 they were both detested by conservatives. this is one of many reasons nobody in their right mind should vote for Jeb. we have 2 examples of just how badly he will screw us to refer to... it would be utter stupidity to repeat that same history a 3rd time.

Hopefully we can get the patient (the country) into surgery as soon as possible, and deal with it.

Well said!

You MAKE an option, not cower like a liberal and elect one of them. And that BEGINS by not backing and making excuses for the policies and people that failed for 30 years before the primaries even begin. You want to tell me thats wrong? Do it.

They do. People have to accept the evidence of their eyes. Republicans WANT liberalism.

Agree.

I would go OPe are working much more loyally for their ‘good friends to the left of the aisle’, Lobbyinsts and the Chamber of C, from whom they obtain cash or ... and some other entities which have nothing to do with the constitution nor we the people these people swear allegiance to.

It’s like, would I rather have bone cancer or lung cancer.

It’s what it is going to take. Better to get the patient in their of their own will, but there’s kicking and screaming, there’s sedation and there’s not at all

Oh he does that a lot. He never addresses anything I tell him because he isn’t capable of doing it without wrecking his own past position. And that would effect book sales. So he calls me names and tries to get people to buy into his superiority.
