loop around the roads a bit...importing illegal fireworks.

Well, you could always grab a big suitcase and take Amtrak to Maine or New Hampster.

People really should vote out politicians who order the police to do such things.Locally ,Ohio police used to sneak into town and note all the Ohio plates on cars at the liquor outlets.

ok, but I still enjoy them. It’s raining down here, mostly drizzling. I don’t know if Peachtree City will have their annual fireworks. (that’s where we go)

I second the greetings to our valiant neighbor to the north. Ottawa is a beautiful town.

Believe it or not, stationary fireworks are still legal in DC. We can’t fire rockets or Roman candles, but we can still revel in pyromaniacal ecstasy. I get mine from a Phantom store in PA that I pass by often. I think TNT brand tend to be better (their MegaBytes laptop is awesome!) but there is no TNT store near us. I do get a few from stands, but these are more expensive and only available around the 4th. We light them off for the 4th, labor day, and New Year’s.

The People’s right to keep and bear fireworks should not be abridged!

Cheers!

I worked putting on a display many years ago,
lots of fun and hard work, only you don’t get
to see the display, and you’re too busy making
sure you are being safe. Making sure right size
shell goes in launcher and that there are no duds.
The finale is one long string so you kind of get
to watch that.

Have fun, be safe.

Where do many of you get your fireworks

*******************************************************************

It’s been my experience that you get them, “just across the state line”, (no matter what state you’re in.
