New details are emerging about the nature and extent of the Islamic State's executions, and they are grisly. According to a new report from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, ISIS has executed 3,027 people since it established its caliphate one year ago. That number includes 74 children and 86 women.
The charges that ISIS brings against those condemned to death are usually offenses against Islam. These include blasphemy, sorcery, sodomy, spying, and practicing as a Shia Muslim. The bodies of the executed are often brutally put on public display, with their purported offenses listed for everyone to read.

Thousands of innocents including women and children are being tortured and massacred publicly by ISIS.
The offenses are primarily not converting to Islam.

If another ISIS leader has been killed, I wonder if Obama will have a mournful service at the White House in the ISIS Leader’s honor. I read on Drudge Report yesterday I believe that Obama will not approve of sending weapons directly to the Kurds.....they might be too effective against ISIS for Obama. Please LORD have mercy on us.
Just as obama and the democrats in the killings in mexico with weapons provided to the drug cartels. obama sees nothing wrong with what the terrorists are doing.
