From Gay Marriage to Polygamy?

Those similarities are not likely to persuade the justices to strike down the existing bans.

This assertion relies on the court's ability to be logically inconsistent. The Obergefell ruling, as written, absolutely requires the existing polygamy bans be struck down, if applied in a logically consistent manner.

We all know that the left is logically inconsistent, but to depend on that inconsistency as a means to prevent further erosion of our society is insanity.
