As Ingtar noted down thread, this map was out on the Web before ISIS put this out - I myself saw it on a dark corner of Facebood.
The onyl question is this: are these FBI asset deployments in response to an external threat?
Or a percieved internal disorder?

I don’t think ISIS will strike in a big way while Odungheap is president. Why would they strike the country of a man who is HELPING THEM? They’ll wait until a Republican is in office. Think 9/11 and Bush.

Well for ISIS it would be the perfect cover for attacks as most people would believe the gun shots and explosions are just the normal sounds of 4’th fireworks. They would create massive chaos and confuse law enforcement as to the extent and location of activity and reporting to 911 would be confused and difficult to sort out. You could end up with a lot of friendly fire as well. Is this what the FBI is worried about?

Looks to me like nothing more than a map of FBI field offices, which would make sense. That’s public info, easy to get.
