The Confederate battle flag has been a hot topic in the news over the last few weeks. Some government organizations have taken the flag down, and Walmart made the landmark decision to remove all Confederate battle flag items from stores. However, one side effect of removing the flag from culture has led to the removal of popular Dukes of Hazzard products from stores. Now, TV Land even says it will no longer air any episodes of the classic series.

There are 6 companies that own 95% of the Media. The “gay thing” and the anti-South thing are backed by mega numbers and people with money.
In short, there is money in catering to them. And THAT is the real problem. The biggest problem isn’t LibTard, or Conservative, etc ... it is a handful of corporations that are going to follow the money.

We are a new TV Land for this new audience.”
In other words, they are saying that all the rest of us non-Gen Xers are a bunch of ignorant old farts who no longer count. Maybe we should just go out and shoot ourselves.

I am a “GenXer” and I didn’t grow-up on MTV. I watched a lot of old/classic TV shows on the indy over-the-air channels and a small number TV shows that were current at the time.

I just cancelled my subscription to HULU, which is basically a extension of the major content, Network television and Movies as well as all the Internet entertainment producers. Viacom, NBC Universal, and so on.
I refuse to give them any more money to make more of what they are making today, saying today and doing today. I no longer want it in my face every time I turn it on and stream.
It’s a small thing, but since I have already cut my Cable provider, it’s the only thing left.
More bed wetters pretending they are sooooo PC that they will do anything to appease the chattering class. Doesn’t make any difference whether it is right or wrong.
