10 Commandments statue must be removed from state Capitol, Oklahoma Supreme Court rules

Oklahoma's Supreme Court says the Ten Commandments monument at the state Capitol must be removed because it indirectly benefits the Jewish and Christian faiths in violation of the state's constitution.

The court ruled Tuesday that the Oklahoma Constitution bans using public property to benefit a religion, and said the Ten Commandments are "obviously religious in nature."

Attorney General Scott Pruitt argued that the monument is nearly identical to a Texas monument that was found constitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court. Oklahoma justices said the local monument violates Oklahoma's constitution.

Private funds were used to erect the monument in 2012. Since then, others have asked for space, including a Nevada Hindu leader, animal rights advocates, the satirical Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster and a group pushing for a Satan statue.

It is time to hit the reset button on the US and just start over. These judges needs to seek another line of work in the new socialist states of america on the other side of the red/blue line.

Perhaps Islamic State or the Al Queda wing of Obama's Muslim Brotherhood allies will assist the Justices with the removal project.

I think we are pretty close of having the divorce papers drawn up. Those who believe in the Judeo-Christian tradition and the liberties of the Constitution can have their country, and the socialists and the neo-pagans, the sodomites and the worshipers of Baal can have theirs. We'll see which one prospers real quick.

Rush made a suggestion that a line be drawn through the country, and all the Democrats be put on one side, and all the Republicans be put on the other. He further made the point that within a year, the Democrats would be fleeing the Democrat side trying to gain access to the Republican side, and the first people to flee the Democrat side will be the very wealthy Democrats.

There would have to be a VERY well defended boundary between the two sides. The Democrats would be trying to keep the people IN, and the Republicans would be forced to keep the others OUT, or send them back immediately.

Think the Berlin Wall.

Then amend that constitution.I should be that difficult.
