Activist blasts 'intolerant filth lingering in the ranks of our armed forces'
In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision to redefine marriage in all 50 states, the Pentagon is now being urged to “cleanse itself” of chaplains who refuse to support same-sex marriage. Activist Mikey Weinstein, president of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, is demanding the U.S. military conduct a purge of chaplains who holds to the traditional teaching of homosexuality and marriage espoused by the first commander in chief, George Washington.
Weinstein claims chaplains who are “maintaining the state of antagonism between their religion and the sexual/gender identities of service members” have no business serving in the military.
“Nobody is arguing that these losers don’t have a right to their religious beliefs,” wrote Weinstein in an op-ed. “At this stage, the only honorable thing that these losers can do is to fold up their uniforms, turn in their papers, and get the hell out of the American military chaplaincy. If they are unwilling or too cowardly to do so, then the Department of Defense must expeditiously cleanse itself of the intolerant filth that insists on lingering in the ranks of our armed forces.”
While Weinstein frequently calls for the court-martialing of military members who attempt to share their faith with others, he is now calling for an entire class of chaplains to be fired regardless of whether their beliefs affect their job performance or not...

No way will I ever I let any of my children join the military and put on a uniform that endorses perversion.

It’s often been discussed would the military ever turn on civilians. I think we’re getting some clarity on this.
As a retired Army Chaplain, this Weinsteing character is offensive to me. His primary mission, iirc, is atheism, so I’m not sure he’s jumped on the gaystapo bus to advance his atheist cause, or if he’s a gaystapo atheist, as Romans 1 leads us to believe would be fairly predictable.
However, we must NEVER leave the US military machine to the gaystapo. They WILL fire on US civilians, because they gays are inherently malicious, hateful, and bold against their own culture. (But easy pickins for outside militaries once the gays gain a majority in their own military.)
So, we must endeavor to persevere in the cause of justice and power....as much as we don’t like it.
This should be all chaplains. I certainly hope there aren’t any who support this insanity and lawlessness.
We will not get a “good” president until this nations turns its back on sin, repents on its knees and returns to the GOD of Heaven. God will not be mocked. This nation is mocking Him by the minute. Sin is rampant. We are the world leader in porn. We now have “legalized” sodomy marriage. This nation is not getting any rewards from the God of Heaven. He will smash this unrepentant nation into the dust bin of history soon. America is being judged. The east is floating away. The west is burning up. Earthquakes in places you don’t see earthquakes. No, I disagree. We are not getting rewards for doing nothing!!! We will get judged for what we are doing, approving of sin by the gallons!!!
I saw the guy who talked about this on FB who said it was sick and the homostapo tried to ban him.
Any republican presidential candidate wanting my vote must promise to fire Mikey Weinstein on his or her first day as CIC.
There will be no “night of the long knives” here. The people in power now will keep them around as fodder or an army who would be perfectly willing to kill in the name of progress.
The first American soldier I met when I arrived in So. Vietnam was a chaplain.
He had more character than a 1,000 Mikey Weinsteins put together.
Just for fun. Look up the alien character “Mikey” in the first “Men in Black” movie, and see what happened to him. He was the enemy. So is the real Mikey.
Maybe the Christians could be the new don’t ask don’t tell group.

I have never read so much hateful, intolerant, noninclusive, undiverse, bigoted language all packed together in one sentence! My gosh, is there anything this person doesn't hate?

I agree with you though. I no longer recommend anyone join the military. I work at a military base and many of the folks getting out are doing so because of this type of attitude by higher ranking military brass. They see the military becoming hostile towards anyone of a true biblical Christian faith.
I used to work as a chapel manager for the Air Force (1982 - 1992) and I saw it becoming hostile towards true Christianity even back then. I got out.
You see. Homosexuals have no tolerance for a differing viewpoint. They don’t just acceptance, they want all dissenting views stamped out, and all dissenters eliminated.
Repeat that simple phrase everywhere and often.
No one - anywhere - could disagree with it.
