JERSEY CITY -- A 47-year-old Jersey City man with 86 prior arrests made his first court appearance today on a Hoboken shoplifting charge.
Jerry Williams, of the 200 block of Arlington Avenue, appeared in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City this afternoon via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny.
Williams is charged with stealing toiletries and hair grooming products with a value of more than $400 from the CVS store on Clinton Street Friday, the criminal complaint says.
Court officials said Williams has 86 prior arrests, 50 disorderly persons convictions and 10 criminal convictions.

In his defense, getting arrested 86 times must mean the institutional racism that plagues NJ like lynching, being denied an education, minimal jobs for blacks, no laws protecting blacks from white privilege, no access to the middle class is the real reason this gentle black soul resorts to a life of drugs and crime...

Yes, but of the 86 arrests, he was ‘only’ convicted 60 times ( ‘50 disorderly persons convictions and 10 criminal convictions’). Anyone can make a few mistakes you know!
All those DC convictions shows me he knows how to plea bargain.
Revolving door brand of justice typical to the liberal cesspools of NJ and New York. 9 times out of 10 when an innocent gets killed you can bet it was done by someone like this, who set “records” for arrests. They had a case last year in NY of a 68 year old Asian man stomped to death for absolutely no reason, I saw the CCTV video. The Obama son comes up behind the Asian man as he is walking, smashes him in the face, then stomps on his skull when he is on the ground killing him. He then smacks his fists together like he just scored a touchdown and walks away. Later on when they arrested him they found he has 23 arrests on his record with convictions for ARMED robbery, car theft and drugs. AND when he was arrested they charged him just for murder, NOT murder and a hate crime which to me is exactly why he killed that man. Blacks are racist as hell when it comes to Asians.
