Lutheran pastor says Jews to blame for destroying Christian values after US approves gay marriage
Jerusalem Post ^ | 6/29/2015 | RO YEGER

Mark Dankof, a Lutheran pastor and political activist, declared the Jews to blame for the Supreme Court's ruling on Friday which declared any law to ban gay marriage unconstitutional.

Speaking to reporters from Iran's Press TV, Dankof insisted that Jewish influence and money were being used to destroy Christian culture and values globally.

"It should not be ignored that the victories for abortion on demand and LGBT rights are reflective of the disproportionate influence of Jewish power, money, and activism in the United States," he declared.

“The key Jewish role played in the mainstreaming of abortion, LGBT, and pornography in the United States may be documented in Google search, especially in looking at the Frankfurt School and its Institute for Social Research,” added Dankof.

Dankof declared that Russian President Vladamir Putin is one of few national leaders who recognize the threat of Jewish power.

“I believe Mr. Putin is a key ingredient in destroying this global threat, and restoring cultural integrity and national sovereignty to his country, and providing a model for defeating the Zionist agenda globally,” he concluded.

Prior to the Supreme Court decision there were 13 states with official gay marriage bans in place. These bans have now been declared unconstitutional and same-sex couples will be allowed to marry freely across the United States.

The ruling is the latest milestone in the gay rights movement. In 2010, Obama signed a law allowing gays to serve openly in the US military. In 2013, the high court ruled unconstitutional a 1996 US law that declared for the purposes of federal benefits marriage was defined as between one man and one woman.

A good and fair question. I always answer like this: Jews traded their religious fervor for Judaism to their new religion: socialism or liberalism or progressivism. IOW, they had fervor; once they broke with Judaism, the fervor had to find a new home. As we all know, socialism makes its adherents feel very righteous, ‘feel’ being the operative word.

The only diversity on the current court is skin and gender. All belong to the urban, Ivy League elite class that controls academia, the federal bureaucracy, academia, journalism, Wall Street and multinational corporations. They may claim to be Catholic or Jewish but they were educated as secularists. They live and party with the secular leftist establishment everyday in their urban enclaves. I suspect each of them would prefer to have dinner with Bernie Sanders, George Soros and Elizabeth Warren than with any struggling middle class state university graduate in flyover country.

Dear pastor, all those morals you ( and i) like came to us from the Jews in the first place. And the Jewish faithful support and try to live in accordance with those morals Yes, there are a number of people with Jewish names or of Jewish family heritage who’ve gone against the Jewish/ Christian moral code Just like there are a number of people with Christian names or heritage that have done the very same thing. Singling out just the amoral “Jews” is unfair of you. Both the Jewish and Christian clergy need to focus harder on bringing their wayward sheep back into the flock of the genuine faithful. (An added thought: many Unfaithful “blame” the Jews for giving us these moral teachings, which they reject, in the first place. So, the Jews get attacked by “both sides” - how fair is that?). A far more Christian approach would be to recognize that we are all short of perfection and to try to round up one’s own lost sheep ( and reform his own wolves in sheep’s clothes) first, then reach across the street and offer to work together with other Biblical clergy on this problem - because it’s very widespread nowadays across denominational lines. Best,

That’s why I was specific when I said secular Jews. At the core of the Democratic party, JINO’s are the ones setting the agenda. There is no envy on my part, as I welcome any religious Jewish person anywhere in society.

JINO’s, on the other hand, tend to dislike traditional morality and are often hostile to the things religious. They are a different breed altogether.

It is the history of European persecution that formed the opinion of many secular Jews anti-Christian bias.

>>The Lutheran Church has since formally backtracked from them an issued a formal apology to the Jews.

Some Bavarian Lutherans did.

Others, not so much.

And all of them atheists.

Yet you repeat yourself. You are right, Judaism hasn’t a thing to do with people of Jewish origin being evil. Nor do those claiming to be Catholic while holding contrary values mean that Catholics are evil.

Well, that’s a relief. I get very tired of the broad brush approach taken by the media. I’ll grant you that our LCMS isn’t perfect, but I just don’t want to be labeled with some of the other, significantly more liberal Lutheran groups. Of course, I guess this approach is something we’ll see much more in the future. Anything to label us as wackos or haters. Sad, really.

It is not taught that way in our churches either. None of us believe Luther to have been infallible. He was nothing more than a man. The treatment of his writings about the Jews has been unfortunate, although they were probably the norm for his time. Not an excuse, just an observation.

The main libtard worldviews that despise Christianity are marxism, secular humanism, and postmodernism. The percentage of Jews who support these secular worldviews are rising.

>>It is not taught that way in our churches either.

It wasn't taught at all.

The fact that Luther's drunken rantings became foundational elements in the thinking presented in Mein Kampf is a glaring omission in the LCMS' historical curriculum.

When something like that gets swept under the carpet, the carpet gets lumpy and loses credibility.

That’s the hazard of having people involved. It’s not just the Lutherans who have a lumpy carpet, to be fair. Pick the confession of your choice, and I’m sure there are as many skeletons in its collective closet that aren’t openly taught.

Postmodernism isn’t a worldview. It’s a cultural logic.

Well we do know it wasn’t the Protestants, since there isn’t even one on the Court.

Funny how the Supreme Court has all these seats that ‘belong’ to different selected groups, and yet not one is reserved for the WASP culture that created America.
