'Court Has Spoken' on Gay Marriage: Florida Attorney General
NBC Miami ^ | Jun 26, 2015

Posted on 06/28/2015 8:57:32 PM PDT by nickcarraway

Bondi defended the state against lawsuits aimed at upending a ban on same sex marriage that had been approved by Florida efforts. Bondi defended her role in the legal battle in a statement released Friday, but added it is time to accept the outcome.

She said the Supreme Court's decision "provided the clarity our state and country was seeking."

Bondi said legal efforts were not about personal beliefs or opinions, but rather, "the rule of law."

A federal judge ruled last year that Florida's voter-approved ban is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle stayed the effect of his ruling until Jan. 5. Same sex couples started getting married throughout the state on that date.

A lawless court defying constitutional law, natural law and God’s law. Bondi, do your duty as a Christian and as someone who took an oath to support the Constitution and DEFY that SCOTUS “ruling.”

The rule of lawless court.

If ever a court begged “impeach me” it is now.

Well, Bondi, the court may have spoken, but Christ is coming back VERY soon and has said "Vengence is mine, saith the LORD!"

The court is getting directly in God's face with this and mocking the crowning act of HIS creation.

I would normally say "may God have mercy on their souls" but since the 2/3rds majority of the court is supposedly Catholic, I won't even bother with that statement as they ought to know better already!!!

“legal efforts were not about personal beliefs or opinions”

Apparently they are. And if 5 supreme court judges can ignore the document from which they derive their authority, we can ignore their supposed authority on this subject as well.

The time has come for people in all stations of life — whether that be county clerk, or governor, or state judge — to exercise the moral imperative of civil disobedience to unjust laws, decrees, orders, policies, and judgments handed down to us by unjust rulers.

She is talking about what America accepted for way too long as being “law.”

There needed to be a better check on the court than impeachment... if I could time machine to the Constitution writing, I would say PUT IN SUPREME COURT RETENTION ELECTIONS FOR GOD’S SAKE...

the ‘rule of law’ states people are not to enter the country without authorization and anyone here without authorization is in violation of the law and subject to arrest and deportation. the ‘rule of law’ also states any businesses knowingly employing illegals can be fined or shut down.

the ‘rule of law’ also states it’s treasonous to provide aid and comfort to the enemy in times of war. providing $5 billion to the enemy is considered aid and would therefore be treasonous.

i could go on for pages... needless to say, she’s got no ground to stand on with that ‘rule of law’ bs.

two of the justices had campaigned for homo marriage prior to receiving the case. their bias is without question.

the ‘rule of law’ would have demanded they be removed from the case.

No, Blondie. 5 of the 9 members of a black robed Supreme Court who have arrogated to themselves complete power and are ignoring the Constitution have spoken - and 2 of those should have recused themselves from this case under their own ethics rules. The entire thing is a fraud and a disgrace.

We are now ruled by 5 tyrants, at least 2 of which are completely illegitimate but because they are female and lesbians they are getting away with it...

A right wing POTUS with control of both houses of congress could put 5 new hard right wing judges on the court tomorrow and neutralize these degenerate scumbags.

The number of justices is not set in the Constitution.

All bets are off.

Pam Bondi is a kept woman

She was turned down for marriage by her lover's family , as she demanded a lump sum for her marriage as the family offered her an annual sum to be part of her marriage

So Pam get a yearly check for living in sin with Dr. Henderson of Tampa, Florida

I’ll give this Court decree the same respect that Obama gave to DOMA, and observe it with the same honor that his administration give to our laws regarding illegal aliens.

In other words, they can take this ruling and shove it up their damned posteriors! They no longer have any legitimacy when it comes to “rule of law.”
