Cruz: If Hillary Was Republican Media Would Have ‘Special Prosecutor Watch’
Breitbart ^ | June 28, 2015 | Pam Key

Posted on 06/28/2015 1:02:39 PM PDT by E. Pluribus Unum

Cruz said, “Mainstream media is not fair and impartial. They are protecting Barack Obama and this presidency. I think no one is more ready for Hillary than the mainstream media.”

He continued, “If any Republican did what she’s [Hillary Clinton] doing right now, she doesn’t take any press interviews and the press is docile … How many criminal investigations are ongoing into Hillary Clinton right now?”

The only person acting like an ass is yourself.

I don’t really give a damn what you say you are for or who you support. The truth is Ted Cruz is out there not only promoting ideas, but unlike the last two failed nominees, he’s taking the fight to the Democrats and attacking their standard-bearer. And you want to treat the guy like he’s acting like Romney or McCain with just words? Are you smoking something?

You’re either a shrill for some other candidate (Trump, Paul) or a closet Cruz birther. I don’t buy your whole support of him BS because anybody that saw Cruz as the man he was back in March knows that Cruz is still the same man now. Nothing has changed. He is still principled, still fighting, and still doing what’s best for this country.

I swear sometimes I wonder if you Anti-Cruzers are coming from the same IP or something. It’s same rhetoric over and over again:

“I want to support (or supported) Ted Cruz but blah blah blah HB1 Visas blah blah blah TPP blah blah blah Goldman Sachs blah blah blah toast”

Your response to my comment is way off the mark.

If you had seen anything else from me on this subject you will see that I have always said:

Cruz-Walker

or

Walker-Cruz

I am good either way.

Personally, I would prefer to see Cruz on the Supreme Court rather than be President. I even pondered on one post, if Cruz (as a lame duck President in 2023), could nominate himself to SCOTUS.

There is no reason for you to be an ass about the comment made.

The comment stands as is.

Call me names all you want.

Ted Cruz is ALWAYS offering, and additionally, pursing the successful conclusion of solutions to the various problems we are facing. In fact, out of all the candidates, he is the one that is always out in front proposing solutions when others are shying away from the issue.

Like I said before, either you are not paying attention, or you are purposefully lying.

I’m going to assume that you’re not a paid troll. You have a lot of the qualities of a paid troll, but I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt.

TPA doesn’t matter any more. At all. IT DOES NOT MATTER ANY MORE.

Why? Because the SC this week proved that King Zero can do whatever the frak he wants and we peons have to obey. That includes making any kind of trade agreements that you’re so concerned about. Even if TPA hadn’t passed, then Obama would just do it anyways now, and no one would stop him.

The only thing that matters in this election, the ONLY thing is to restore the rule of law to this country. TPA and any kind of immigration is so insignificant compared to that issue that to focus on it would be to break down sobbing over a mosquito bite while under the blade of a guillotine.

FWIW, I'm confused about whether it's even worth voting. I certainly won't vote for the "lesser of two evils". I won't vote for anyone who gets played by the DC crowd. I won't vote for anyone the Chamber of Commerce loves. I won't vote for anyone who it seems like their vote was ever bought, with money or favors.

And you don't have to "assume that I'm not a paid troll". That's pretty insulting. I'm honest about what I say to a fault. Nobody pays me for my opinions!

Honestly, that kind of attitude from Cruz supporters isn't helping his cause.

His campaign needs to shift from being against Hillary to deliver the message as to what he wants to do.

You tell that to Carly Fiorina too?

Actually no, because she has no chance to win.

I’d much rather see her in full attack mode against the HildeBeast than anyone else.

Lemmee put it this way, my friend. Doing non-sequiturs on threads in order to post about the HAETRAEG topic de jour is one of the biggest marks of a paid troll that exist. It’s not ALWAYS the case, but it’s been the defining mark of a paid troll for a long, long time, during every primary and election season. That and lumping all the “X-supporters” into one category.

So I’m going to point it out when it happens. Get offended over it if you think it’ll help; I’m not changing a thing.

As for voting? If you can point out a better rule-of-law candidate than Cruz, you have my attention. If you can’t, and if that really matters to you, and if you’re going to mope, then why bother posting on a political forum at all, unless misery loves company?

FWIW, Donald Trump might be a better rule-of-law candidate, and better about US jobs for US citizens. Jindal has some appeal, but it's unknown if he could function on world affairs. Jeff Sessions isn't running...he seems to do the best at espousing constitutional conservative principles.

Again...I'm one of the original Cruz supporters.

Trump? Seriously?

Going from ‘one of the original Cruz supporters’ to supporting Mr. Trump, the ringer of the race, even as a maybe, doesn’t do much to support your cause or your arguments. Not here at least. And not to me.

Trump has promised to close the southern border from invasion and put US citizens back to work. He also believes that he would negotiate much better trade deals than is the case now. He has shown that he does not back off when someone slanders him. He knows how the financial system works. He knows how to hire talented aides.

All of those things support issues that are of primary importance to saving the US. Are you dismissing Trump as a candidate because you don't agree with him on issues or because you don't like him?

Look what you did. I was saying I was considering Trump, among others. And without asking why, you assume it doesn't support my arguments. You put me into the position of defending Trump by questioning my thought process.

LOL...yes, we ALL believe that you originally supported Cruz. The question I asked you if WHO you support now?

I disapprove of Trump as a candidate because I don’t believe that he’s telling the truth, simple as that. Probably be better than Obama, but he’s not a conservative; he’s a Trumpitarian.

On the other hand, Cruz has put his money where his mouth is on his beliefs.
