if what the supreme court did was ILLEGAL- then how is it that the states are NOT threatening impeachement for dereliction of duty and violation of oath?

What a blatant two faced hypocrite this fella is! He legislates from the bench to SUPPORT the HC law- then when he is certain the gay marriage law will pass without his vote he turns around and pretends to take the moral high road by condemning legislating from the bench?

Roberts is not guided by the Constitution, nor by facts, nor by logic -— it’s all about what he can pull out of his sizable ass.
I have heard and read much discussion on John Roberts. His ruling on Obama Care verses Gay Marriage is schizophrenic at best. I think he is compromised for reasons we do not know.
