Same-sex marriage bans are no longer legal in America, the US Supreme Court ruled 5-4 today. So the question becomes: How will gay rights and religious rights be balanced?
Here's what the justices said in today's majority opinion and four dissents.

"Many who deem same-sex marriage to be wrong reach that conclusion based on decent and honorable religious or philosophical premises," said Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the majority in Obergefell v. Hodges, "and neither they nor their beliefs are disparaged here."
"It must be emphasized that religions, and those who adhere to religious doctrines, may continue to advocate with utmost, sincere conviction that, by divine precepts, same-sex marriage should not be condoned," writes Kennedy.
"The First Amendment ensures that religious organizations and persons are given proper protection as they seek to teach the principles that are so fulfilling and so central to their lives and faiths, and to their own deep aspirations to continue the family structure they have long revered."
In dissent, Chief Justice John Roberts writes:
The majority’s decision imposing same-sex marriage cannot, of course, create any such accommodations. The majority graciously suggests that religious believers may continue to “advocate” and “teach” their views of marriage. The First Amendment guarantees, however, the freedom to “exercise” religion. Ominously, that is not a word the majority uses.

So, according to kennedy, it is still okay to “think” SSM is evil?
Laws don’t mean what they say, so the Court’s ruling on gay “marriage” really doesn’t matter.
How do you THINK they'll be "balanced"?

Anthony Kennedy proved to be the ultimate legacy of Ronald Reagan. But Coolidge had his Harlan Fiske Stone, Charles I his Cromwell, and Caesar his Brutus.

Saying they are not disparaged doesn’t make it so. It ignores the reality of what is already happening. It ignores that the Obama admin. has already said it will go after tax exempt status of dissenters.
Kennedy’s words are self-cover. He knows that but he did not wish to put it in writing. It is in the “penumbra” of his ruling that religion will be disparaged and treated as hate speech. Kennedy just does not care.

So, they are going to do what they have been doing anyway. They will tell you that you are not acting out of religious or philosophical conscience so you must buckle under to their demands. The Left will now decide if you are ‘religious enough’ or have enough of a conscience in your belief. And you KNOW they will always decide, as they have in the past, that you have NO CONSCIENCE if you disagree with them. We're not stupid like they think we are. We see through them with crystal clarity.
Actually this ruling replaces the US Constitution with Stalin’s where Marxist Theory is forced into the Worldview of our children.
Children will be forced to “believe” that males and females are interchangeable and that sex is meaningless and sterile and babies can be bought and sold and denied their Natural Rights from God. God—Truth-—Reason is EJECTED form our children’s Minds.....Culture will be able to WIPE the Christian Worldview OUT of their heads-—unless you live like the Amish. .
The Ethics forced on children is irrational and Demonic.....and that is NOT Constitutional at all.

This culture will create the “good” German Worldview just like the vulgar, hyper-sexualized, homosexual culture of Germany that gave rise to Hitler and parents who just allowed their children— Hitler Youth— to be brainwashed and sodomized by the Rulers/Masters. Brutalized children became the brutal Nazi. All Fascist movements were founded by homosexuals (Hari, Lively) The homofascists took down the Catholic Church also (Fr. Oko’s Report on Homoheresy) ....and it was the infiltration that Bella Dodd writes about which always targets the boys-—when the lifestyle was learned.
Sex is a powerful instinct and when it is warped in childhood-—like it is in boy harems in Afghanistan and ALL homosexual cultures-—it destroys intellectual development and moral formation and fixates children in immature “emotional” stages. They will NOT become moral adults-—they can’t-—emotions rules intellect always. There can be no Reason and Logic or “inner control” which makes morality impossible.

The perverts on the SCOTUS gave America’s perverts a victory. In the near future they will recognize marriage between adults and animals. We have given this country and culture away. Pity our children and grandchildren.
