The law will never be repealed because what existed before it (the bastard system created by Congress in 1965, modified by them in 1986 and funded since then by printing money and borrowing it from China) was doomed.
They all knew this when Obamacare passed. If ten more Democrats had voted against it, ten Republicans would have voted for it. If a hundred Democrats had voted “no”, a hundred Republicans would have voted “yes”.
Any changes to Obamacare now will crash the system. That’s intrinsic to its design.

The Supreme's have codified that Statute can be re-written by the POTUS, something they have always stood against, and they also hinted they did this as to not add too dislocation aka they gave Obamacare to big to fail status....
Ok....Let's say their is a financial calamity again, what is stopping this or another POTUS from unilaterally writing new statue without Congressional Authority or Approval in regards to your 410k, 403b, 457, etc aka the whole Teresa Ghilarducci your 401k sucks we can do it better with our Government Run Program?

Supreme Court Validates Obama’s Power Grab

Today the Supreme Court allowed itself to be intimidated. Afraid that ObamaCare as written would throw the sickest patients out of their health plans a second time, the Court rewrote ObamaCare to save it—again. In doing so, the Court has sent a dangerous message to future administrations: If you are going to violate the law, make sure you go big.
The Court today validated President Obama’s massive power grab, allowing him to tax, borrow, and spend $700 billion that no Congress ever authorized. This establishes a precedent that could let any president modify, amend, or suspend any enacted law at his or her whim.
ObamaCare will continue to disrupt coverage for sick Americans until Congress repeals it and replaces it with reforms that make health care better, more affordable, and more secure. Despite today’s ruling, ObamaCare remains unpopular with the American public and the battle to set in place a health care system that works for all Americans is far from over.
