The woman in charge of the organization that chooses Miss Mexico said she is considering pulling the country from the Miss Universe pageant because of Donald Trump's controversial comments last week.
Former Miss Universe Lupita Jones, who became the first Mexican to win the crown in 1991, said on Twitter that she is concerned about her country’s participation in the annual competition after the presidential candidate said during his campaign launch that Mexico doesn't send its best to the U.S., instead the country sends drugs, crime and rapists. Jones is national director of Nuestra Belleza Mexico, which chooses its country's Miss Universe representative.
“Following the first statements made by Donald Trump, where he openly showed his enmity with Mexico… I got in touch with the organization’s president Paula Shugart to find out their position on Mexico’s representative,” Jones wrote in Spanish.

My first thought was where has he been looking. I’m fan of dark haired women, and yowza, Mexico’s the jackpot.

All governments protect their banks. The US drug problem, that Mexico supplies the drugs for, is estimated at 80 BILLION dollars per year. That is a lot of money we’re sending back to Mexico. Instead of trying so hard to go after the drugs, we should go after the money before it gets back and TAKE IT ! That will do more to stop the drugs coming in than stopping a shipment or three.
The country has a small population of still almost pure blooded Spanish, down to mostly Indian. The Indian end of the spectrum tends to be the poor and ill fed on starchy food, ending up in the stereotype of the fat Mexican. They tend to come from the better-off families, but Mexico produces some very hot ladies.

We’ve got so many here because they Europeans that took over Mexico are still running the place. They’ve sent as many of the real Mexicans north of the border. The ruling class in Mexico looks nothing like the ones they’re sending north of the border.
