But, WHO killed the nine people? Seems that there is some possibility they were killed by police officers (only, not rival biker gang members).

I am merely a vested subhuman wearing assed chaps, at the moment.

[but you may know them simply as ‘leather pants’]

;)

For some, the mere thought of “assless chaps” keeps them...up...at night.

Most people get their “knowledge” of bikers from bad 70s movies and cheesy History Channel docudramas.

If it plays out that those killed were killed only by police, do you stand by your story? How about some lunatic going to a school board meeting and shooting the place up? Would you say people should not go to school board meetings, in case ONE of these meetings goes bad?

There is a huge problem with your second item.

It's not something recounted before the Twin Peaks incident.

It does not therefore credibly assign criminality to the Cossacks, who weren't even listed on the Texas Law Enforcement Threat list until there were nine bodies and eighteen people in the hospital that needed explaining.

Cabela’s, Kohls, Cavendars, JoAnn Fabrics, Zales, Best Buy, Office Depot, Sleep Shop, Verizon Wireless, beauty shops, other restaurants, and a couple dozen more shops. SWAT was on top of the Don Carlos’ Restaurant. Pure luck, or sharp shooting, that a kid didn’t come running out of Don Carlos or teen girls didn’t drive by going to Kohls or a soccer mom didn’t need some ribbon at the fabric store getting caught in the middle.

Including a lot of people who should know better. Either that, or people who have only been pretending to be actual respecters of the Constitution (and defenders of its CLEAR abuse, as Waco) on a conservative website.

Bergman, member of the Desgraciados (a Bandido support group) complains to that effect.

“There were 239 people detained at the crime scene the day of the shootout, and Stroman said 62 people were released from Twin Peaks or from the Waco Convention Center without being charged.

“Burton George Bergman, 48, of Dallas, said he is frustrated to hear that such a large number were released when he believes he was arrested for his patch alone. Bergman, who is affiliated with the Desgraciados Motorcycle Club, believes the 62 other people who were there that day were released on what he considers a minor distinction: club affiliation.

“They released all the Boozefighters, all the military clubs, they released all the religious clubs, they just pick and choose what clubs to release,” he said.”

So a Bandidos affiliate is complaining that the military clubs and religious clubs were not arrested??

Did you REALLY just compare an organized group of criminals known for dealing drugs to kids, gun running, violence against women, and a myriad of other unlawful acts to a school board meeting?

And yeah, I'm well aware that there were plenty of wanna-be bad boys a this event, but the cops can't be expected to parse them out at the scene.

As to your other point, if all 9 of the dead were using deadly physical force against another biker or a cop or an ordinary citizen, then yes, I'm glad they're gone.

So, if nine were killed at a meeting between rival gangs in South Central LA and the cops locked up everyone wearing gang indicators I'm SURE you'd be screaming about their trampled rights. Right?

Oh, HELL yeah. Similar circumstances to these, you're damn right I'd be screaming. But then, you are from NYC, so your idea of liberty is surely vastly different from mine.

But because these bikers look like you, it's a travesty of justice.

Likely as not, if you met me, I'd be dressed in sh*tkickers, a western shirt with pearl snaps, a pair of boot cut Wranglers, with a big ol' rodeo buckle, more likely to be driving my lifted pickup or riding a horse rather than a motorcycle... with a Mason jar of sweet tea on ice in my hand...

But yeah, these bikers look like me.

The event at Gators happened in Dec. 2014.

To what are you referring to? The 3 times he asked me about taking an oath. I’ve already answered that I have taken multiple ones. Anything else you want to know?

That’s one biker’s opinion. Where are the verifiable lists of who was arrested and who was released and what were their club affiliations?

Anyhow, justified arrests or not, there was no justification for $1,000,000 bails.

Yep, there were police witnesses and in fact knew who the alleged trouble makers were as they shot at them. Then they arrest 177 individuals, hold them in cages for weeks and charge them all with felonies?

I feel compelled to say this.

I know how government law enforcement works. I know the types of individuals they've opted to hire/elect for the past 30 years or so.

Many of these types of people are extremely controlling in nature. Controlling behavior is often disguised as concern.

Concern for your safety, concern for your emotion, concern for your well being etc.

Some of these individuals are so obsessed with control they feel vulnerable if they don't have total control.

Unfortunately not only are our police and law enforcement full of these types, but our entire government from the local levels to the highest levels have attracted those with these obsessive controlling profiles.

All levels of government have attracted and literally been infiltrated with these types. Many of these people have an extremely unhealthy need to control others. Obey and comply or else.

Control everything. Control your diet, your health, your doctor, the air, your child's schooling, your behavior, the hours you work, who you can hire, the hours they work, how much water you use, your income, your car, cell phones, travel, what you ingest, your trash, your pets and animals, the color of your home, the correct words one can use, even your lawn mower etc.

But all this was not enough control for them, so they spy on, monitor and record the innocent, hack emails, collect data bases on everyone regarding everything they do.

Lots of very scary people have been given authority over all of us. And the obsession for control only escalates.

Well, that is pretty much their job and here in Texas we expect public servants to actually do their jobs. And abso-damned-lutely they should have gotten around to doing their jobs before the bonds were assigned

So there is a huge difference in the level of competence demanded in Texas relative to what is tolerated in New York City.

Good information...I don’t think and Gypsy MC members were arrested either despite that intimidating pickle patch.
