‘’300 basis points, to 5% from 8%. But the national rate, meantime, fell even faster, dropping 350 basis points to 5.7% from 9.2%.’’

Please discuss the statistical significance of 50 basis points. And you insist on using old unemployment data for Wisconsin. Currently Walker’s unemployment is FOUR POINT FOUR percent.

I’m not talking about unemployment data. I’m talking about Wisconsin being 50th in new business start ups, 40th in job creation and having a projected 2 billion dollar budget deficit. Then there is the matter of after spending 975 million, WEDC lost 2 jobs for every one gained for a net loss of -7000 jobs. Those jobs were sent overseas by companies that got WEDC funds.

Walker promised 250,000 but has only delivered around 149,000. All of these things may be an issue for him.

—having a projected 2 billion dollar budget deficit

You again have mindlessly grabbed out-of date-lefty talking points. The two billion deficit was an budget compilation from agencies without revenue growth.

——Here’s all you need to know about the so-called structural deficit. It is a projection of how much more the state will spend in the next budget if you continue the commitments of spending in budget but DO NOT assume any growth in tax revenue. -—

Even moderate to weak economic growth would erase any structural deficit. And cutting taxes now may be just the thing to assure that growth.

“I’m comfortable saying that one year from now we’ll be talking about another structural surplus,” Kooyenga said. (Kooyenga a CPA and prominent fiscal hawk in the State Assembly)

http://www.rightwisconsin.com/dailytakes/about-that-structural-deficit-241796201.html

I’ve told you before what a you make of yourself when you post lefty nonsense.

-—after spending 975 million

That’s also crackpot information. The 2014 annual budget of WEDC was in the $60 million area. That figure would be fifteen years of spending.

http://inwisconsin.com/inside-wedc/transparency/budget/

and some of its loans and obligations were carried over into WEDC from the previous (crooked Democrat) governor.

WEDC is not a success but leave it to you to vastly overstate its failings.

-—Walker promised 250,000 ….

And still won a recall and an an election. Perhaps the 4.4 unemployment rate just doesn’t allow much more job creation, my wife’s little manufacturing company is dying to get scarce skilled workers. All that’s left is the druggies, the ineducable and aging hippies.

Here's an article from Forbes magazine entitled, "Will Gov. Scott Walker ever Come Clean on Wisconsin's Budget?" Link to Forbes

For crying out loud! !!!! !!!!! That article is three years old!!! Are you doing any critical reading at all? Do you know how to include DATES in your web searches???!!!???? Do you know how to look at the dates at the beginning of the articles??

….the state’s “surging tax revenue” was decidedly not precipitated by tax increases. Governor Scott Walker — who has cut taxes several times over his first term — urged passage of an additional tax relief package in his 2014 state of the state address, arguing that the unexpectedly large surplus ought to be “returned to taxpayers because it’s their money.”

http://townhall.com/tipsheet/guybenson/2014/03/11/walkers-world-wisconsin-projects-1-billion-budget-surplus-n1806710

That’s March 2014 at the close of the budget!!!!!!!

The Wisconsin state budget ended the last fiscal year with a $517 million surplus.

http://fox6now.com/2014/10/15/status-of-wisconsin-state-budget-due-in-report/

That’s OCTOBER 2014! That’s over a half billion dollar SURPLUS!!!

The above two year budget began with the proforma ‘structural deficit’ discussed in your Forbes cite — and ended up producing such a large surplus that Walker gave us TAX CUTS!!!!

You really need to more carefully read and understand.
