TG, your replies seem to ask some question regarding “distance” and here mention “your weak come-backs”. Don’t believe I mentioned either in my posts. Not knowing were you stand in the Waco biker situation, could you clarify your meanings?

I have pointed out facts of this case and of bike gang behavior,...

No, you haven't. What you have done is make a couple of vague exceptions to your rule of everyone on a motorcycle with a patch on their back, riding motorcycles down the highway in groups (incidentally, because we are easier to see as a group, can help each other in the event of mechanical problems or accidents) is part of a 'gang'.

"Gang" is a pejorative, no one in any motorcycle club refers to their organization as a "gang", whether they are Hells Angels of Christian Motorcyclists Association riders. It is a media term used to villify, and the same term applied to organized bands of street thugs like the Crips and Bloods--which is a conflation I have seen made here--and one which couldn't be farther from reality with motorcycle clubs.

... each of you was asked to respond to specific points or aligations,...

You didn't ask me. I asked you for a definition, and you came back with vague drivel.

... every one of you big tough guys are instead trying, unsuccessfully I might add, to scare away us that dare show you the truth.

What? We are going to get the keys to pop off your keyboard and beat you up? Those of us who apparently know a great deal more truth than your broad brush will ever allow are trying to keep this from becoming a witch-hunt, often because many of us here ride and have a vested interest in people not assuming that everyone on a motorcycle is some evil drug-dealing ho-pimping criminal that there ought to be open season on.

We are the ones who have spent years overcoming the Hollywood dreck just so we can get a fair shake when some jerk pulls out in front of or left-turns in front of us driving down the road, if not for us, then for the widows, widowers, and dependent children. Instead, you and others of your ilk are trying to tell us and spreading the propaganda that treating people on motorcycles as subhumans is a good thing, that depriving people of their rights as accused is okay if it is "those" people, and otherwise subverting the Constitution of the United States is just hunky-dory if it is only done to the right people.

Well, I have some news for you. Often the very people you would treat as subhumans are people who fought for those rights, a multitude of others are first responders, police, even clergy.

Yet the pejorative you apply will paint us all.

Now, I ask you again, HOW CAN YOU TELL THE "OKAY" MOTORCYCLISTS FORM THE EVIL "GANGS"?

I even turned the volume up so you could hear me over the pipes.

“Sub-human” defined: any human, designated by the prevailing powers-that-be, to be, for whatever reason TPTB determines, less deserving of any, or every right, granted to all other humans by inalienable rights. A sub-human is oftentimes a human personage who is a threat to the agenda of the prevailing human authorities of a given regime at a given time. Any human can readily become a sub-human merely based upon the opinion and views of other humans.

Here is your 176 I was replying to:
(’distance’ was referring to the headline I posted)

Your weak come-backs sounds amazingly like the Iranian nuke negotiator’s ploy of “don’t try to confuse us with facts, its OUR WAY or the highway”.

“Not knowing were you stand in the Waco biker situation, could you clarify your meanings?”

I was hoping my posts were clear. When you are knocking those that support the biker gangs on this thread there is only one other side.

LOL! The ‘okay’ motorcyclists are not here defending the gangstas, do not ride with gangstas and do not go to gangsta meetings.

"Gangsta"? We ain't talking hip-hop shorts and funky hand jive, here. No one I know who rides is busy going to "gangsta" meetings.

AFAIK, "gangstas" couldn't afford a motorcycle if they stole it.

Besides, unless you are the has been who is a drip under pressure, I didn't ask you your opinion, I asked someone else for theirs.

AFAIK, one source of income for the Bandidos motorcycle gang is stolen motorcycles.

Your use of pejoratives renders your opinion moot. Yhanks for playing.

“We see this sort of bullshit from the anti-gun people all the time: “Either you support gun control or you support dead and bleeding children in the streets””

Of course here we can find those that support decent motorcyclists and detest the gangs ...

And we find the others that support the gangs and lump the good bikers in with the gangs.

We can also find those who paint anyone on a motorcycle with the same brush--as "evil gangsters". And particularly those who say that attendees at a Confederation of Clubs and Independents meeting are all just the same as those holding one particular patch there, well, because they are there.

How disingenuous.

The reason I asked that particular person how they could tell the difference is simple.

While y'all are busy calling anyone with a patch on their back a "gangster", the average person who doesn't know crap about motorcycles and wouldn't know a H.O.G. patch from a rocker is either learning this isn't just some one-size-fits all situation, or they are lapping up the crap some posters here have spewed about gangsters and evil bikers and can't begin to tell the difference.

Christian bikers don't go down the road like a Vatican procession at high mass, they ride in black leathers, on Harleys, often in formation, with patches on their backs, too.

So all this crap about "good biker" this, "evil biker" that, is just so much bluster.

The bottom line is that any person accused of a crime in these United States has certain rights, among those a presumption of innocence (which precludes the guilt by association meme some of you are so fond of), a right to a speedy trial, and other Rights guaranteed by our Constitution.

Either you support those rights for everyone, or you do not, but if you do not, you are coming out against another principle: That of equal protection under the law.

“Bogateers, a support club for the Cossacks” All I need WANT to know...

"Only one third of the bikers arrested and held on $1 million dollar bail each had prior criminal records ..."

All you need to know.

“Worldlings A versus Worldings B, choose one! And that is a false dichotomy. I don’t want to be dragged down to that level.”

There is a lot of false dichotomy going on.

My understanding is the Bandidos is the only outfit identified by the law as an ongoing criminal enterprise. The others have not be so identified. I wonder what the legal definition of “support group” is.

I came upon this in a swift search on the Cossacks as bad dude druggie kidnapping extorting biker gang guys (which is evidently what the Bandidos are in some measure at least within the club, like Mongols, Hells Angels, etc.).

I read it several times ... basically, any implication of hard-core criminal gang culture in the Cossacks Club -- not gang, but club -- is IMPLIED only on the word of:
-- a "gang expert/Kansas City-area police officer"
-- the vp of the International Association of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators (who specifically avoids any mention of criminality from Cossacks, but only as targets of aggressor Bandidos)
-- general police bulletin-type info, official biker memo type stuff

Mention of Cossacks being assaulted, and retaliating, much accusation of being affiliated with the Hells Angels ... although the general browsing I've done make Cossacks look to me kinda like a club of younger folks from all walks who love to ride in a fellowship club, some of them a little on the shady side but most of them pretty good folks. Apparently, they are being used as pawns by being misrepresented in the media, and blatantly.

don-o, thanks for keeping the threads posted. This whole charade is a hinge-point in our country's destiny, transpiring as we watch and comprehend. There is ZERO CHANCE that serious players in the criminal biker culture would choose that place (restaurant in busy shopping area) and that time (a state-wide club-wide legit public meeting at brunch time Sunday) to "call down," and if "law enforcement" already there waiting knew these guys were criminals, is that law enforcement so inept that they can't catch them any other way?

Just jaw-dropping.
