Good morning, Everyone.

Good morning to our

Military, our Allies, and their families.
I see they are all hard at work.

Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen
for today’s activities.

I'm enjoying a tasty breakfast sandwich from Subway
while I scan the Canteen posts.

But can't stay long...
I want to leave a little early today
to run some errands on the way home.
Will be in lurker mode most of the day,
and will respond when I can.

Please stay right where you are.
Chat up the military and/or their families.

Remember, the Canteen is ALWAYS

Come in and sit for a while.
There's always plenty of coffee, tea
pancakes, conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS

REMEMBER THEM ~ DEFENDERS OF FREEDOM

FR CANTEEN MISSION STATEMENT

of our military and our allied military
and the family members of the above.

Oh, Kathy! How awful for both of you! She doesn’t seem to be able to remember instructions, which is so dangerous!

I hope you get another adjustment soon! Lifting a person who can’t help is hard on the back. I’m glad hubby has gone to help his mom. He’s strong enough...though I miss him here.

Good morning Ma ((HUGS))

WOW, you had an eventful day, yesterday, didn't you?
I hope you both are doing well this morning.

I know you were in panic-mode yesterday but
could you de-code
gentleman next door, from Tibet and family in the huge quake.
Next door is, maybe, assisted living.

for me? LOL

and arthritis creme ready to slather on my hurting knees.

Try arnica gel for aches and bruises. I love this stuff. My mom uses it for her arthritis knees, too.

Good morning Pro ((HUGS))

Worked late--->Up late--->Slept late.

One triggers the other, right? LOL.

Cooled down? Sure hope it makes it out our way.
Tomorrow, I will be gone all day doing some books sales at our local outdoor Artfest...and it's going to be in the 90s...and we won't have power where we can use a fan. Sunday, I'd love to do nothing but may have to catch up on chores. I am leaving early today so I run some errands on the way home.

Oh, forgot...we bought American Sniper and I still have not watched it. Maybe Sunday.Want to have plenty of time and space in case I'm bummed by the end.

Hope you and son-boy have a grand time just hanging'.

And the hits just keep on coming!
There are several of us here at my office who are in what’s called the sandwich generation - taking care of both kids and parents. The challenges seem to be neverending.
