Residents in the McKinney, Texas, Craig Ranch subdivision told Breitbart Texas that during the protest movement since the pool party ruckus on Friday, they have received death threats, and their homes have been vandalized.
The community residents say they are in deep fear that protestors, and those who trespassed at the pool party, will return and harm residents and/or further vandalize property.
Craig Ranch community residents toldBreitbart Texas that this has been an ongoing problem for weeks. People have been coming from outside of the community into the subdivision and have vandalized homes and frightened neighbors.
This behavior escalated after the pool party on Friday.
According to residents, one home had a brick thrown through a window on Saturday night, and several mothers toldBreitbart Texas they have received death threats via Twitter.
Several of the mothers say they have moved their children out of the neighborhood in fear of threatened violence.
One man said that his wife left their home, and he stayed in their residence to defend their property.
Breitbart Texas reported on Sunday that McKinney resident Bryan Gestner posted on Facebook, “This was a Twitter party that turned into a mob event. Jumping pool fence. Assaulting 2 security guards, attacking a mother with three little girls. The video doesn’t show everything.”
Gestner continued saying the kids were drinking and “smoking weed” and they would not listen to any of the adults around the pool.

To steal a phrase, actual video with audio of the "racial slurs", or it didn't happen.
There's a long history of blacks making up "racist" incidents (Tawana Brawley, the Duke Lacrosse stripper, etc), and Tatiana has a motive to lie.

I wish Virginia had this. In Virginia, the law specifically says a person CAN’T use deadly force to protect property.

Anytime now there’s going to a “chosen one” of the hour depending on location and impact IMO. This was the gal of the moment...note they always pick underage kids as markers to have that moment in time.
Frankly am not following this as it’s the same as all the others. So ‘black lives don’t matter to me’ until they matter to them, clean up their culture, and quit sheltering their children from consequences of their actions and behavior.

You can protect yourself and others from imminent grievous bodily injury or death.
What that covers depends on the cops and how good your lawyer is.
And don’t brandish (or even just point it out if you are carrying concealed) your firearm, unless you have enough reason to use it (see above).
On the other hand, open carry is for everyone, and CHPs are easy to get.

Yup. When we lived in The Freak State (Maryland), it was impossible to get a carry permit, but we could shoot someone in defense of property.
Here in VA, it really depends on the cop at the scene. A guy got arrested for brandishing just for transferring his gun from his holster to a compartment in his car. Both places were legal, but the cop had a wild hair up his... In other cases, cops have said that an aggressive move towards a person was enough to justify a shooting.
Be nice to cops in VA is the lesson, I guess.
