Man beaten up at Little Caesars after calling woman overweight

An angry man roughed up a customer at a Little Caesars Pizza restaurant in Salinas for making a crack about his mom’s weight, police said.
The ruckus started Sunday when a 50-year-old man told a woman “she should not eat pizza because she was already overweight,” police said.
The comment sent the woman into a rage. She went to her car to get a crow bar, but before she could get in any blows, her son punched the man several times in the head.

She probably had the crowbar to pry her butt in and out of the car. Actually I agree with you, the guy thought he was a wit, a half wit anyway, and paid for it. It is the same as pontificating to a smoker, do so at your own risk. Maybe the guy was so stupid he thought she would eat all the pizza. Some lessons in life actually do hurt, I wonder how long it took the cops to stop laughing.

Really?? You would be so pissed off that you would go outside, get a crowbar from the car, and come back in and hit somebody? And likely find yourself charged with assault and battery???

Likely that the son is going to prison for felony assault and battery, while the fat mama pays for the civil suit. Considering they went to lil ceasers, I’m assuming that they do not have much money for the civil suit settlement.
