They try to make a big deal about Fiorina being fired from Hewlett-Packard.

So?

I’d rather have a candidate who’s been through the mill, yeah, who’s been fired once or twice.

And she worked for HP for five years, go on. That’s about average this day and age in upper level jobs.

In fact, I rather like that she’s been fired. I got fired once.

Well even if and when Congress does “junk” the NSA, they will go back to the old fashioned way of doing it withOUT permission.

Bless Rand (at least on this issue)

Obviously, you’re better qualified than Craig Barrett, CEO of Intel, to assess Carly’s tenure at HP - how she structured HP to survive the IT downtown (IBM’s stock fell 60%) and prepare for long-term.

If Hastert is wrong, so be it. But whomever is blackmailing him should also pay for extortion, tax evasion, etc.

Also aside from Clinton machine doing this, I see a more and more vindictive Obama. I think the criminal charges against the soccer selection committee FIFA is pay back. It has also created a distraction along with Hastet to overlook Hillary’s and ISIS’ antics.

Georgie S showed up This Week--as opposed to the last weeks and months when he did not. Hmmm...I wonder why that's so ?

Pressure for your job perhaps ? Hillary challenger O'Malley interview ?

And to put a finer point on another issue; Georgie did not recuse himself from the Republican debates. He was never asked to be a part of them. Most of us know, but for those who don't fully know what a fraud this a**hole is.

Considering all of the token male candidates, Carly is a welcome female presence. I am not impressed with most of the GOP presidential candidates, retreads especially, and I think Carly adds much needed freshness and spirit to the GOP field.

In about 2 years what Hastert did is going to be legal and sanctified by the homosexual mafia.

And SCOTUS will discover a Constitutional reason to force all the states to accept it.

Wallace trying to badger Carly with questionable facts and she is giving it back and correcting his lies. She is one of the most articulate and brightest in the field. She is showing how to handle the mediots.

Pray America is waking

Thats because she held a position in a real organization where glib answers were not passed over. shareholders expected, and deserved the straight facts.

“Today, HP is a stronger company because of Carly Fiorina’s bold action. Certainly some of this credit goes to current management, who capitalized on the changes Carly made. But it was Carly who shook up the status quo. She engineered the merger. She restructured the combined company. She positioned HP to gain market share, and she deserves credit for standing up to the naysayers and critics to achieve the positive end result.”
- Craig Barrett, CEO of Intel

Thanks for that insight. Many fail to realize that todays success is often built upon anothers bolder actions which they just followup on.

Thanks for thread A.B. The big news of the day, other than Biden’s son succumbing to cancer, is our intrepid Secretary of State crashing his bikey on the tour de France course and having to be life-flighted to a non-Obamacare hospital.

http://news.yahoo.com/u-secretary-state-kerry-stable-bicycle-accident-100042770.html

I guess he wasn't wearing his seat belt. And his personal hot air bag didn't help him. How fitting for John Francois that he crashed his BICYCLE in FRANCE.

All good points!

The “Obama Communist-Muslim Brotherhood” versus the “Cash for the Clinton Cartel”. Two Green peas in an Anti-American pod.

I don’t believe she did a great job for HP. She turned their product into cheap commodities items. Perhaps a short term winner, but long term loser.

Reducing quality and durability for profit and corporate growth for fatter paychecks and bonuses for executives.

But I think she’s doing great on the campaign trail so far.

Well, we either keep pressure on ABC/Disney or we let them get away with it. I’ve already emailed ABC News; Disney is next. After that, I contact sponsors and ask why they wish to insult me, a customer, with such rubbish!? I want to see Stephanopoulos fired.

Still, I’m sorry you had to watch! We should have to draw straws amongst the Sunday Show FReepers, and the loser has to watch and report on This Week!

It’s a shame the FBI and Justice Department is only capable of investigating one thing at a time, and it’s always connected to anything conservative.

Being fired used to be a stigma, now it is just another fact of life for all working Americans. Sometimes firing is earned, many times it is layoffs, corporate buyouts, foreign buyers replacing American workers with their own people, and so on. Employee merit is hostage to new owners. Carly can be seen as either accomplishing a necessary survival for HP or making matters worse. Depends on the view and expectations of all involved. We have been thru all of the above and learned to save for our future and live as debt free as possible. That has paid off. I admire Carly for moving on and can see her as being a plus for the GOP however she winds up.

Many good GOP Candidates....but, right now I like Ted Cruz for POTUS and Carly Fiorina for VP!!! Actually, Carly really is a women that broke the glass ceiling. All women who desire equality in the workplace and society should be backing her, because....if you gals thinks someone like Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama are in ur corner....think again!!! They are only out for themselves......neither has a political or business rap sheet worth a penny!!! All they put forth is words...but no action!!!
