Congress is part of the problem (to put the situation mildly).
Congress has several remedies in our system of checks and balances, espcially the most obvious (impeachment)

As long as 90% of “Christian” children are being “educated” by the government, eight hours a day, every day for twelve years, things can only continue the way they are.
I tend to be libertarian so I have no problem of who marries who but this is way too far. First if I was running one of these faith based organizations, I’d stop taking Uncle Sam’s (OK, in reality, it is our money, but for sake of argument) money if I was doing so before this. People should not be forced to go against their convictions and beliefs nor should they be forced to perform tasks if it offends their morals to do so, In the last case, that is basically slavery as my father puts it. If the LGBT group sees a need for things like this, then they are free to start their own foundations and use whatever criteria they wish as they distribute their funds and run their organizations. Don’t force people to be slaves against their morals and convictions, instead use the idea of free markets and free minds as our system is set up to be. This “getting even thing” has to stop.
