Mark Levin opened his show today explaining the decision by a federal appeals court not to stay the ruling of a federal court, which continues the hold on Obama’s illegal amnesty until it gets worked out in the court system. Levin unpacks it as only he can.

I will read this later. But I fail to see how this changes anything in the real world. Obama continues to hand out SS numbers and work visas to illegals. And the courts can shove it.
The Obama administration will continue liberal court shopping until they find one that will side with them. Then it’s game over. That’s how it works.

Mark levin stated that Obama can take it to the Supreme Court BUT guess whom will be the one judge to determine if he wants to pass it on to the other justices - Anthony Scalia. Not a good sign for Obama.

He will just laugh at this ruling and ignore the courts. This ruling is, in the end, meaningless.
Even if the Supreme Courts rules against him 9-0 and he continues to implement his plan, I ask, Who on Earth will stop him????
I believe that the decision was written for a 2-1 majority by veteran Judge Jerry Edwin Smith, appointed by Ronaldus Maximus in 1987 and, when he attended Yale undergrad and Yale Law, a good friend.
