A "Red Alert" siren has sounded in southern Israel, near the cities of Lachish, Ashdod, and Bnei Darom.

I thought they had Iron Dome or some such to intercept incoming missles?

As I understand it, Iron Dome doesn't launch if the incoming target trajectories show them missing populated areas.

Go to Google Maps and put in the town name, such as ‘Bnei Darom, Israel’ & they will come up on a map of Israel. You will have to zoom out to see where they are in relation to Gaza & borders.

Sirens across southern Israeli Tuesday night, May 26, warned of at least five incoming rockets from the Gaza Strip. One long-range Grad rocket exploded in the industrial zone of the coastal city of Ashdod near the Big In shopping mall, which was crowded at the time; another hit Frankfurter St in the town. More explosions occurred at the entrance to Gan Yavne. No casualties were immediately reported, except for shock victims. DEBKAfile: The rockets were fired from the Sheikh Ajloun district of Gaza City and spotted by IDF surveillance by air and land.

They do, but it doesn't shoot at missiles whose ballistic courses are determined to impact at uninhabited areas. That's the idea anyway. As a practical matter sometimes those hurt someone anyway and, more often, Iron Dome antimissiles miss their targets.

Iron Dome overall works as intended. It's just not perfect.

I read on The Daily Mail, that ISIS may be preparing to go into Jordan.
Question, why does Barry refer to ISIS as ISIL every time he addresses these terrorists? Seems to be something regarding "Levant" I've read. No one corrects him, why?

ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) is actually the name that obscures their goal. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) is more accurate about their goals. Levant include Jordan, Lebanon and Israel.
