Not only is a Democrat unthinkingly violating the PC taboo against discrimination, discriminating on the basis of age in this case, but regardless what Obama’s activist justices wanted everybody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate intrastate health issues.

Those cops who work with undercover teenagers to entrap those selling liquor and cigarettes to minors can now start loitering outside tanning salons. What a great time we’ll all have. Then we can turn out attention to booksellers who allow minors to buy anything that “denies” climate change, same-sex marriage, amnesty, etc. Let’s fill the jails.

She is possibly the naturally ugliest woman I’ve ever seen. Married to a big-time Dem pollster (Greenberg, I think). Wouldn’t you love a night out on the town with them?
Nonetheless, I DO think these tanning beds that are so popular witht teens (now declining in popularity) should be off limits to kids. It is setting them up for melanoma later in life. Never thought I’d come even close to agreeing with a thing this woman advocates. But how you keep them from getting tanning and laying the seeds of melanoma at the beach is quite another story.
