1,000 weapons recovered at Waco biker brawl? Not quite, cops now say

Police in Waco, Texas, have sharply revised downward the number of weapons seized after a deadly brawl in a shopping center parking lot that left nine people dead, 18 wounded and 177 facing criminal charges of engaging in an organized criminal activity..

Police said earlier this week they expected to recover 1,000 weapons but now put the number at about 320.

Snip-- The weapons recovered include 118 handguns, 157 knives and 43 others, which includes brass knuckles and chains. Some weapons had been quickly stashed -- under seat cushions and even in a toilet. Police also said an AK-47 assault rifle was recovered.

Swanton blamed the complexity of the crime scene for some of the confusion about the number of weapons.

On Sunday, members of five motorcycle gangs met at the Twin Peaks restaurant in a shopping center in Waco for what participants have said was a previously scheduled meeting to discuss common issues, such as pending motorcycle safety legislation.

“BTW.....I don’t believe that any biker, in my experience, has the least bit of concern about being mistaken for “quote”, “A bad man”, because of the style of dress.”

But it seems that bikers are concerned that OMG’s will take offense of their clothing unless it is approved by the ‘lead club’ in the area ...

How many of the 9 dead did the cops drop? Where are the videos of the action?

Since the cops knew all about this in advance, they all had to be wearing their body cameras.

Where is the video?

Lookee here smart guy....

Whenever you have a are with a number of different clubs, sometime disputes arise over rockers, and general club logos that one might see as too similar to another to be easily identified.

These disputes need to settled and the best way to do that is at a annual meeting where a judgment call is made by someone with the respect of the clubs in the dispute..

It’s really pretty simple..and democratic, but your tainted assumptions are getting in the way of your clear thinking.

Does protection of the community legitimately consist of gunning down nine people, injuring two dozen more, and conducting mass arrests on capital charges?

Not under the Constitution it doesn’t.

“Where’s all the video from the cops body cameras?”

When the feds learned that the cops shot the Cossacks (undercover FBI) instead of the evil Bandidos, they destroyed all the videos ...

It’s not a bowler.....is it?

It’s not a helmet...

and baseball caps had not yet become popular...

It’s a western style hat with a wide brim,,,this one is a dress hat for courting or classy travel...

Jessie wore a friggin hat...as most every man in the west and mid west did.

As I do. If you want the rest of the picures showing him with a hat, you can look them up, but there are not many pictures of him..as he did not like having his picture taken...”steals the soul”

No it’s an eastern style ... variation of a slouch hat. Very close to an Antietam.

Unfortunately, I can no longer ride, as I could not even get my legs over the top of a Vesta [...] I would do it again and never change a thing.....If I was given the chance...

That's what trikes are for, brother. Got a buddy who took all the gear out of a front wheel drive grand prix and built him a reverse trike with a walk-in cab... Has a swivel seat so he can get in... I call it a golf cart, which he really doesn't appreciate. : ) Go get in the wind. Ain't nothing stopping you.

And thanks for standing up here.
