A poll released Wednesday by the online pollster YouGov has found that a plurality of the American public, as well as a majority of Democrats, support limiting the First Amendment to allow a ban on hate speech.

Hate crime laws were created to criminalize anything a White says or does, or doesn’t say or doesn’t do, and to set free non-Whites who physically attack Whites.
Do you have a red telephone that connects directly to God? Please indicate how you can be so sure. I don't think there is any evidence to support that claim. Americans sat idle while heinous thinks have happened to the Republic and our society. They no longer have what it takes to keep this Republic.

We are headed for chaos, because those seeking to impose a Nazi type regime on America are totally clueless as to how human societies actually function--that is with respect to the ongoing dynamic interaction that leads to predictable results. But in the meanwhile, we are living with a combination of the confusion in the streets, that predated the Nazi takeover in Germany, with a large dose of the even more extreme Bolshevik theory being spouted by the leaders of the new morphed Democratic Party.
I focus more on the Nazi aspect of what is transpiring, because of some of the street action--largely misunderstood by the Leftwing apologists in the media. What happened in Baltimore, the other week, was very similar to the Crystal Night riots in Germany in 1938, where shops were not only looted and destroyed; but those who controlled Law enforcement actually protected the organized thugs. This is an interesting, but extremely dangerous, evolution of the street riot in America.
I was particularly struck by it, because the Mayor who ordered the Police to effectively "stand-down," was a graduate of my Alma Mater! As confused as the "Liberals," there in my day; they would not have gone that far.

The First Amendment does not just guarantee free speech & freedom of the press--the latter obviated by contemporary practices in the mass media;--but it also contains guarantees of the freedom to exercise religion & to peacefully assemble. The provisions of the Civil Rights laws that prevent people from giving any preference to those whom they believe accept religious principles that make them more trustworthy as employees, tenants, etc., are a prime example of how the Left has gotten away with curbing basic freedoms.
Just as one inquires who is to define what is hate speech; one used to inquire, who is to define what is fairness in interpersonal dealings? A recent example of how the Left plays the game, was displayed in Indiana, where the State Government was intimidated, rather than allow free Hoosiers to decide not to do business with those flaunting the sanctity of marriage.
So the majority Of Dems wants the just us brothers in jail?
