Iraqi troops abandoned dozens of U.S military vehicles, including tanks, armored personnel carriers and artillery pieces when they fled Islamic State fighters in Ramadi on Sunday, the Pentagon said Tuesday.
A Pentagon spokesman, Col. Steve Warren, estimated that a half dozen tanks were abandoned, a similar number of artillery pieces, a larger number of armored personnel carriers and about 100 wheeled vehicles like Humvees. He said some of the vehicles were in working condition; others were not because they had not been moved for months.
This repeats a pattern in which defeated Iraq security forces have, over the past year, left behind U.S.-supplied military equipment, prompting the U.S. to destroy them in subsequent airstrikes against Islamic State forces.

What kind of tanks did we supply the Iraqis? M-60’s? Russian stuff? Surely we didn’t give these losers M-1’s?

The turbine engines that power the Abrams are supposed to last 700-1400 hours TBO, which apparently means replacement.
We’re not just giving Iraqis and “moderate rebels” in Syria weapons, we’re training them. The US has probably trained a lot of ISIS soldiers, and continues to do so.
Then the Black Flaggers hold a victory parade in broad daylight?
Without being obliterated by A-10’s or C-130 gunships?
And Gen. Dempsey telling us all to calm down, it’s no big deal?

If Obama had a son who was in the Iraqi Army, he would turn, run, and empower the advancing enemy to kill innocent people too.
Zero’s plan let the coward Iraqi’s leave their weapons and equipment behind to supply his beloved “ISIL”, ISIS.
After those hours the engines go to depot level overhaul and then return to service. No way ISIS has that capability.
Soon to be used in the seige of Baghdad! All those weapons will end up used to help build a new Islamic State. Thanks, Mr. Obama! Lets hope they use them on Iran.

Obama wants to bankrupt and disarm Americans. He enriches and arms radical muslims.
That was my first thought why not send some A-10s to obliterate that equipment, of course it would make too much sense in this obamanation and some islamists might get hurt in the process, killed even, of course anyone paying attention would realize obama is delighted with this event.
