Politico: Judge Orders ‘Rolling Release Of Hillary Clinton State Dept Emails - Stuart Varney

Hillary Clinton is a polarizing, calculating, disingenuous, insincere, ambitious, non-inevitable, seemingly entitled, over-confident, secretive person who will do anything to win, represents the past, and is out of touch.
IT’ll take DElta Force to retrieve that server. She ain’t gonna turn nothing but a heap of junk over..
ABCNews Radio has been playing her all days today saying that she demands that the emails be released.
She and ABCNews Radio fail to note that she isn’t talking about her personal server emails. Which she deleted, of course.
It’s a glaring omission, but not surprising.
Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition. Prepare to Fire for Effect.
I agree.
So does Congress.
any doubts the info on the sever is long gone
Her Emails were placed in CLOUD. by the hacker Guccifer who exposed the initial Blumenthal emails and her private server
He is willing to give them to the authorities “when the time is right”
She can order the deletion of all the emails from her server but when the ones she sent and deleted start turning up here there and everywhere, then what difference does it make? That’s tampering with evidence at the least! She can nuke her server, but the evidence covered with her digital fingerprints is everywhere she sent it. Remember, these people are not savvy technicians, but they delusionally think they’re all brainiacs.
So...according to Judge Napolitano, the Federal judge
1) DENIED the State Dept request to produce the emails in Jan 2016.
2) has the “authority to order the State Dept to produce them [the emails] whether Mrs. Clinton has given them to the State Dept or not. How can the State Dept produce what Mrs Clinton has not given them? The judge has the power to order the SERVER delivered to his courtroom...”
3) Finally, Mrs Clinton is not in the case! There is no lawyer in the courtroom representing her.
Napolitano thinks the next step will be the judge ordering the server(s) to be turned over.
There are 5 federal judges involved in 5 separate lawsuits against the State Dept seeking Clinton emails.
I don’t know how the State Dept. can turn over a server that was never under their control. Hopefully the judge can order its seizure regardless of where it is and who is in control of it.
...and those are her good points.
“I dont know how the State Dept. can turn over a server that was never under their control.”
A big question in my mind also. Hoping to hear some other legal experts weigh in on that one. I was shocked to hear him say it. Exactly how would that work?

Thanks Whenifhow and thouworm.
I’m assuming the servers are at the Clintons Chappaqua home that is guarded 24/7 by Secret Service. Who now is the SS agents’ boss? Who can tell them what to do? Is it B. Clinton? Is it Obama? or is it the head of SS or Treasury (I think the SS is part of Treasury). Can the SS agents be ordered by the court to get the servers from Chappaqua to the court?
LOL! What does the federal judge expect to find on the server? Hint: A pristine new hard drive, cause the old one "failed" and had to be recycled.
I don’t think there’s any way we’ll know if ALL emails have been released.
Past articles have said that the server/s were not physically on Hillary’s property but in some mysterious building in NYC that is listed as a gov building but no specific agency is named as the authority who runs it.
That comes from people who did traces on the server before it was taken offline.
SS agents can certainly be ordered to stand aside as U.S. Marshalls collect evidence on the authority of a Fed judge’s order.
