Whatever happened to the Benghazi under story that had O&H selling the weapons (rockets) to palestinians/hamas who used the inventory to attack Israel?

This story about gun running was put out around the same time as the ‘movie clip’ story. It feels like another red herring.
This and McCain's claws all over friending the terrorists in Syria. Unfriending Assad and Khaddafi, both defenders of Christians and other minorities, and providing the weapons for the bad guys to do it.

The article says the US was aware that weapons were being sent to Syria. It does not say the US was running guns. Mike Morrell recently said that CIA was “monitoring” a weapons program, not running it. All this hedging begs the questions:
1) Who actually was running the operation?
2) What was the US connection? (As in, who recruited Turkey to run the program and coordinated with them?)
3) Was this a State Dept or National Security Council debacle?
4) Which dots connect to the creation of ISIS?

The Turkish Ambassador was one of the last people to see Ambassador Stevens alive.

They were taking back weapons given to the Libyans to give to Syrians and the Libyans were not happy with the “Indian Giving”.
The rocket that took down the Jordanian fighter pilot - by the Sunni Islamic State - likely was among the hundreds [ thousands ? ] that came from Libya?
We will be amazingly lucky if one or more airliners don’t get shot down with toys nobama and hitlery gave these idiots.
