There are also others who share at least some blame such as his sister-in-law who had to know, the person who gave asylum to this evil family, the officials who ignored Russia’s warnings.

I’d rather see him spend the rest of his days in Supermax, death is the easy way out. But this is the right thing and I hope he actually gets executed. The problem with giving terrorists life is that they frequently get out after a few years because some slug politician uses them as a bargaining chip. Kinda like the Achille Lauro hijackers being freed and sent back to Libya, that really pissed me off.

Save the taxpayer some money. Toss him in the Aryan Nation section of the prison.

It’s a federal case. He will be out of Mass in 30 days. They will take him to a federal facility for holding until execution.

No way he stays in the Commonwealth.

Send him to North Korea so they can execute him with an anti-aircraft missile.

A sharia execution - stoning or beheading - would be more fitting. How could the Muslim loving liberals be against it?

“Firing Squad with Bacon soaked Bullets!”
Nope because the consumption of pork as to be volitional in Islam.

A better solution is life in prison with only female guards to temp him, place a TV in the room behind plexiglass that continually plays porno videos of homosexual Muslims. His diet should be halal but just a rumor that that it isn’t. Make the guy sweat

Poor somebitch, what are the odds? Only one in five Massholes supports the death penalty for him, and he goes 0 for 12. (Actually, about one in four billion.)

The Globe publishes fake news. We had a referendum vote a few years ago to restore the death penalty here in Massachusetts. Unfortunately, the liberal politicians in charge did not implement it.

Everybody shucking and jiving about how it (execution) will never happen because it's in Massachusetts.

This was a federal trial that just happened to be held in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts has no say whatsoever in how or where or when the death penalty will be carried out. In fact, the execution will not even happen in Massachusetts.

At some point soon, if it has not happened already, this sack of garbage will be chained head to toe and transported to some federal facility in the dead of night, where he will spend the rest of his short miserable life in a tiny cell in near total isolation.

IIRC, the only federal death penalty facility is in Terre Haute, Indiana. It’s been used three times, all around the time McVeigh was executed in 2001.

61 prisoners awaiting their death penalties. Looks like several have been waiting since 1993.

McVeigh ended his own appeals, and didn’t have legions of free fanboi attorneys.
